NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
When I pay $120.00 a night for a room, I expect a decent breakfast for FREE!!!! For the ok breakfast, I was charged a extra $12.79, and when I ask the front desk about it they said "well this is a full service hotel", whatever that means. I guess they will take you to the airport for a extra fee too. They should have said this is a FULL RIPOFF HOTEL! i WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!

NO PARKING!
Two to three hundred rooms with about 30 PARKING SPACES. After that is full (and it always is) you are on your own - and the desk clerk is NO HELP. I told him "Your parking sux", his reply was "Yes, it does".

Great Location!
This Holiday Inn is in an excellent location. Staff is very friendly and the room is clean and more than adequate. It is not a five star place, but very fit for the price.

Taliano's is great Italian food and you can't beat Doe's for the best steak in town. Also, in Central Mall there is a new boutique, called "Beauty's" that stocks rockabilly clothes- even plus size.

Our room was hot and wouldn't cool off, the maintenence man was there within 5 minutes and fixed it.

Close to everything
The staff was very friendly and the room was nice. The location is perfect to enjoy the historic district of Ft Smith.

Great Hotel
The hotel was very nice. The room was very comfortable. I normally do not sleep well in hotel beds, but their beds were very comfortable. Good selection of breakfast and dinner. All in all a great place to stay.

Getting back to basics
I had to go to four different floors to find an ice machine that was operational. Enough said.
