Great, easy stay
This hotel was refreshingly new and complete. It was 103 degrees today, and the pool was just what we needed after 8 hours in the car. The water was probably 85 or 90 degrees - nice. The hotel staff was very friendly; the fresh baked cookies were a nice treat. Other good things: they allow 2 (well-behaved) dogs, and I really appreciate dog friendly travel. The facilities were all new and clean, comfy bed and linens, free wi-fi, coin laundry. The hotel was easy to find, and was very close to many restaurants and WalMart. No complaints.

Dissapointed
Up until this visit I have found every LaQuinta I have stayed in to be highly acceptable. This one offered a free breakfast....little round egg things and little round sausage things that were slightly warm from being thawed. Also gravy from a mix to go over cold biscuits. If you wanted fruit there was green, very green bananas. The day before we enjoyed a great free breakfast at a competitor hotel at a much smaller price. The only highlight was the location....the evening before we walked to an Outback steakhouse for a great meal.

Close to St Edwards Med Center
ok. Nice and quiet. We thought the suite would have been better. Would have perferred to have TV in the suite instead of beneath the bed

New Hotel
Brand new hotel. A bit hard to find behind shopping center, street address not in GPS. Good location right off Rogers. Free wireless internet in rooms. Computer for internet use just off lobby. Nice free breakfast with rolls, cereal, waffle maker, coffee and juices.
