Americas Best Inn and Suites Little Rock

Close to freeway, make a slight u turn. Very convenience. Good breakfast. Noise insulation is very good. Can't hear the traffic. And it's nice and clean.

I arrived late, but had late check in approved. I was greeted and the clerk checked to see if I qualified for a better deal. I did not, but was transferred into a more convenient room with no problems. Breakfast was OK, but there was a wait for the meat.

The motel was clean and pleasant. However, it took far to long to get the hotel's folks to address the noisy guest that was playing loud music that disturbed those of us around that room.

Hotel was very new and in perfect condition. Like most hotels, the lighting in the room was less than optimal. Otherwise, it was excellent. On checking in, I saw a listing of what was served at the breakfast buffet. What was actually served was less impressive. We ended up stopping at McDonalds for more.

The staff was terrible... We booked a King room with a couch (there were 3 of us sleeping in the room) turns out none of the rooms have couches...so we asked for the room with 2 doubles instead (which is what we wanted in the first place but we couldnt switch it) and they wanted us to pay more for the room with 2 doubles. They already charged us more on Orbitz than their regular rate and still wanted to charge us for wanting to switch. The breakfast is terrible. They only have about 1/3 of what they promise to have on the breakfast menu. They don't even have do not disturb signs to sleep in, in the morning. It is a bed to sleep in (that is if you have enough beds) and is clean because its brand new.

Hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff was excellent and very friendly. Disappointed in Orbitz rather than hotel b/c thought hotel reservation page said every room in the hotel had a jacuzzi, and when I checked in the room, I found out that only 2 rooms out of the entire hotel had jacuzzi tubs. The staff was very helpful and grateful to help clear up the confusion. (I highly recommend this hotel but do not recommend ORBITZ!!!)

The room was clean mainly because it had only been open a month. The matresses won't last long! No pool. Sleep and go!

The checkin process was fast and the individual checking us in was very friendly. We were needing directions going the fastest way back into Memphis and he offered to get directions for us. He informed us that we could also use the business center that was convenently located if we were wanting more specific directions and gave us the password to sign in to the computer at our convenince. He also recommended several BBQ restaurants for our eating enjoyment.

It was fabulous. Everything worked well and everything was brand new! Just kids next door were a little roudy, but only during the day.

This is a new hotel so rooms are not worn. It was reasonably priced though a bit far from the Clinton center in Little Rock. Still I would stay there again because it was easy to get to everything I wanted to see and the security was good.
