Quick family trip
The staff is very accommodating. Plenty of shopping areas close by if you forget anything. Location is great but construction in the intersection area can make finding the driveway into the hotel interesting. You may want to take your own pillow. There are many on the bed, it looks great, but finding one that's truly comfortable was difficult. This was not my first time to stay here and will definitely not be my last. I will be back!

Shopping tip:
Short drive from hotel
Barnes & Noble, Walmart, Best Buy, a multitude of small business, huge athletic store, many fast food and nice restaurants in the area, grocery store, liquor stores, etc. You'll probably find whatever you forgot to pack very easily.

great location and service
great location, jump on and off the interstate easily. great rooms, beds were super comfortable great service, watched the front desk hostess deal with a lady who could not be made happy. The hostess was very professional and never lost her cool. I would have punched the lady in the face!

First time in Little Rock
Check in was quick and easy. Receptionist was friendly and very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Room was clean and had a mini fridge. There was no wireless internet but had the plug-in which didn't work very well and you had to be tethered to the desk area as the wire was only about 12 inches long. Was disappointed that there was no free breakfast served, if I have to pay I rather go somewhere to have a decent breakfast but to be able to have breakfast in the hotel is more convenient when traveling with kids.

Court Yard is very tired hotel
I have stayed at Courtyards many times, this one is very tired, keys don't work, coffee very poor. Bad location. Service poor. No real interent connection only lan which does not work.

post surgery friendly
The Court Yard Marriott in W. Little Rock was comfortable, clean, and quiet which is what was needed post-surgery. It is the closest hotel to Baptist Medical Center other than the Baptist Hotel which I believe is only open to patients' families (it is also very small). Would recommend this hotel whether recuperating from surgery or just plain old life.
