Clean, Comfort and Convenient
The only complaint I have is I was informed at the front desk that I would not receive my Reward Points for the first 3 nights because I booked my stay through Orbitz. I have sent a request to Windam to verify this, and if this is true, then I will not stay there again. But was very pleased with the hotel overall.

It's a Good Buy
Everything was clean, and the price was just right. It's in a great location close to tons of shopping and restaurants. Staff was nice and the breakfast was also a plus.

On the Road Again
Excellent Value for Price
I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the excellence of the bedding. This is the cleanest hotel I've stayed at recently. The only reason I did not give this hotel five stars was because you could hear traffic noise from the near-by freeway.

Thanksgiving day
Happy Thanksgiving
I was in town for the Thanksgiving Holiday. The room appeared to be clean for the most part but when I went into the restroom, the bathtub had not been cleaned, it seemed never. The tile in the bathtub was full of dirt. After I cleaned the shower with bathtub cleaner that issue became ok. The tv was nice but the picture constantly was distorted possibly due to not having a good cable signal. The staff was nice. The attendant for the breakfast, Ms. Rosemary, was extremely helpful. The cleaning crew assumed we had checked out and just opened our hotel door without knocking, is that to be expected? All and all the stay was ok.

Could use more cleaning staff
The building itself was nice and in a beautiful area. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The one complaint we had was the cleanliness of the room itself. There was soap still in the shower, mildew around the faucets, and the coffee cups were very dirty. Like already used dirty. Ewwwww. There was also a lot of dust in the room. This was my first and probably final stay at a Windham.

Last minute reservation
Last minute trip out of town. Reservations were made online and room was available immediately. Nice breakfast. Pleasant stay.

great location and great bed!
Service was good. The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. The location is very close to anything to eat and very accessible to the highway. I would definitely stay here again for the fair price. Breakfast was good and convenient(waffles, bacon, eggs, cereal, etc.) Pool and fitness room served it's purpose.
