hotel room was great could not ask for better room the staff was helpful, but the location was horrible i was there for a few days and could not wait to get home i noticed it had alot of young people hangin around and they had two parties while i was there

Nice Staff, Poor Facility

I was greeted very plesantly by the late night desk attendee. Staff that I dealt with was friendly and reasonably professional. However, this facility is worn out, thread bare, and the carpets look like a they've needed replacing since the 70's, stains, discoloration. I didn't dare walk on the floor with bare feet.

A Pleasant Surprise-low expectations

A first time staying at a Hotel I did not pick was overall acceptable. Being in and out attending UAPB Homecoming events, I appreciated returning to a freshened room each day (tho drinking cups were not replaced). I saved the last one in a drawer,to use later.
I felt safe.
Continental Breakfast in a spotless, attractive cozy environment was most adequate to start a busy day-appreciated it. Didn't know where to go to get 'good' meals; eventually found places.
The staff, to me, obviously was interested in providing the best accommodations they could. I enjoyed my contacts with each and all.
It was hard to put on make-up due to poor lighting tho - the bathroom ceiling light didn't work.
I am SO GLAD mine was a first floor room; stairs to the second level tho' wide and attractive would have been such a problem.

At first glance the place looks abandon. aait is definitly not a place for children,there seem to be drug dealing on sight,i was almost afraid to leave my car in the parking lot. Also there were people coming all times of the night and from the sounds of the doors opening and closing,u knew the traffic were not guest staying at the hotel.So don't believe everything u see on line,because in this case a picture is not worth a thousand words. (STAY AWAY!)

I was in Pine Pluff for the business purpose. I stay couple of times in Pine Bluff but first time in this hotel. I must say it is the best hotel in a town so far. Good service, modern rooms very clean and comfortable. I like brekfast and the microware and fridge in the room.
The intenet was really fast which is unusuall for hotels in that town.

I have been traveling for business purpose and really enjoyed staying in this hotel. They have best beds ever!!! And looks like hotel has been recently renovated. There was nothing missing and stuff was friendly. Desk clerk was very helpful with directions and advices on things to do there. They had reception where they serve free drinks and food. Staying there was an amazing experience :) feels like home away from home

The overall experience was good. The in-room coffee tasted bad and there was no hot water the last day but aside from that the stay was excellent.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was not satisfactory, but they made attempts to fix the problems, however they should have offered another room. The room smelled of smoke, they carpet was dirty, hair on the back of the sink that obviously was not my family's. They did bring in an air humidifier to rid the smell and they vacuumed the carpet while we were gone. Requested extra towels and none were given and the bathroom still had someone else's hair in there. Housekeeper was outside on the phone when we arrived-not good. There should have been a picture of the suite on line to give me an idea of where I would be staying because I was shocked to see that it was so small. Breakfast area was cleaned but it lacked fruit which my children love. We booked for two nights but only stayed one.

The good the bad the ok.

I stayed overnight for a concert. The exterior of the facility was excellent. The service moderate. The rooms were good, very clean. However, elevators felt unsafe, kids were track water from pool to elevator with no in house service maintaining the water and elevators, very slippery. The carpet in hallways smell moldy and and damp. The breakfast was very poor. Good attempt. I would only stay for the price at last minute. I don't think I would recommend this one to friends.

I've stayed in surrounding hotels that wasn't nearly as nice as this one. My stay wasn't long so much of the ameniities was't used. The room was very clean.

The flooding in May caused me to move away from my RV park immediately. I read several reviews and decided on this place since it was close to my work. I was very pleased with the clean and nice room that I received at a great rate. The non smoking room actually smelled as if it had never been smoked in. This is very rare in my travel experiences. Fast food places are within short walking distances.
