Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was not satisfactory, but they made attempts to fix the problems, however they should have offered another room. The room smelled of smoke, they carpet was dirty, hair on the back of the sink that obviously was not my family's. They did bring in an air humidifier to rid the smell and they vacuumed the carpet while we were gone. Requested extra towels and none were given and the bathroom still had someone else's hair in there. Housekeeper was outside on the phone when we arrived-not good. There should have been a picture of the suite on line to give me an idea of where I would be staying because I was shocked to see that it was so small. Breakfast area was cleaned but it lacked fruit which my children love. We booked for two nights but only stayed one.

Mediocre
It was a mediocre experience. They were having problems with the doors functioning, and that was the cause of the bugs in the room. Besides killing bugs the whole time, the staff was friendly.

Very Clean Property
Everything was very clean and well kept. My only negative would be that my room was next to the stair well and people kept coming and going through the side door until about 2 am each night. It was pretty noisy with them stomping up and down the stairs.
