This is a good hotel if you are just needing to get some sleep. The aminities were week and needed improvements. The furniture was old and the bed hard. The room was big and clean.

worst expierence ever!!
It took forever to get checked in bc the front desk clerk wasn't trained properly. The hotel gave me a room with a broken lock. After they didn't know how to fix it, they attempted to give me another room that already had people in it. End result I demanded a refund bc it was a completely unprofessional establishment.

FRIGHT NIGHT, we could not stay there
We drove up and when in to check in, when you walked in it smelled of Highly strong garlic, THE FRONT WAS FILTHY AND the folks there in line to check in looked like they was all cracked out!! The room was filthy and the premises was trashed, pool iron gate was busted up and the pool had a blue tarp over it held done with Trash cans and huge rocks etc. We went bsck to the front office and told them we could and would not stay there, they deleted my stay right away . I am assuming you all credited my account. You should not have this hotel listed , it is bad business for you all as well. please let me know if my account was in fact credited on your end. Don't expect a comfortable, clean sleep
The bed had a top sheet for the bottom and dirty bed spread and sheets. Pillows were flat and dirty as well. The couch was more comfortable than the bed. The room was large like a small apartment and at first look, it is nice. The day staff is very friendly. Night staff likes the cell phone and seemed to not like getting off of it to check us in. America's Best? Let's hope people don't judge the country by this hotel.

Dashing Traveler
Great Stay in Texarkana
We were only here for 6 hours or so but it was a perfect fit for our needs. We showed up around 9pm and left around 3am. The staff was very accommodating with our check in/out times. The price was perfect!

Americas Best is Best
This was a very nice room with a separate sitting area. The breakfast in the morning was perfect. What was best was that the late night staff were able to direct us to their place when our online directions failed! I double checked and we were going the way we were supposed to go, but it was nowhere near where the hotel was. Thank goodness for the person at the registration desk who could help us!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!
This hotel was extreamly nasty, if i wasnt more than 1000 miles from home and had more money I would have stayed at another hotel. The water in the shower was either extreamly hot or cold. There was no in between. The floor in the bathroom was moldy.The counter in the bathroom was nasty. The carpet in the room was dirty. There was a hole, with tissue stuck in it, thru the door instead of a peep hole. The door stuck open and had to pull with all your weight to get it closed. The beds were not queen sized. House keeping kept knocking on the door starting at 8 in the morning, even though check out wasnt till 12 and there was a do not disturb sign on the door.I have stayed in dumps that cost 20 dollars a night that was better than this place. If i had not driven over 1000 miles to go to my grandfather's funeral I would have slept in my car instead of here. I drove straight thru form florida to get to Texarkana in time for his funeral! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!
The bed was lopsided.. Your feet are higher then your head.. The pool was closed, the internet did not work.. The restaurant is a "help yourself" place... This "was" a good place but the new people running it have let it fall apart. DO NOT GO HERE!!
