Not as good as I thought.

I stayed at Americas Best Value Inn several times in the past and have really good experience. This one need some improvement. There is no cleaning crew in this motel. My room was not cleaned up when I came around 6:00 Pm. They hired one temp, who cleans all rooms. There were no paper cups in the rooms. On the first day, I observed that there was no soap in the bath room. After reporting, next day provided soap. Even though posted that breakfast from 7:00 Am -9:00 AM, on my first day it was not opened until 8:00 Am. Next day was open for breakfast at 7:30 Am.

cant expect much for the price

we needed last minute accomodations and ended up staying for two nights. Considering the price, it was not nearly as bad as we had expected. For $40 the room was plenty comfortable.

America's WORST VALUE

We went to Flagstaff to spend the night before going to Grand Canyon. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL EVER. BOTH ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND HAD TO WEAR OUR THONGS IN THE ROOM, TO THE BATHROOM AND SHOWER. The carpet was disgusting, bedding worn and with holes, bathroom filthy. WE'RE 24 AND 21 IT'S NOT LIKE WE'RE FREAKED OUT. wE'VE BOTH TRAVELED ABROAD, HOSTELS, ETC. AND THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE WORST. THE BREAKFAST CONSISTED OF PLASTIC WRAPPED DANISH, JUICE AND COFFE - CHEAP AND GROSS! THE BATH TOWELS WERE SERIOUSLT WORN AND ALL HAD HOLES. WORST EVER!!!! Luckily we were exhausted when we got here, crashed, and split early in the morning!!

Aweful!

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! We arrived there at Midnight (had been traveling all day) and no one was available at the front desk or "night window" to help us... after we finally got into our hotel room there was no tv remote, the water faucet wouldnt fully turn off (waste of water!) and the blanket had crusty white stuff on it. I also couldnt get onto their internet. I called a handful of times for assistance and even went back to the front desk and NO ONE was around (they claim they have someone on duty 24/7)! In the morning a young child was running through the parking lot with a grocery cart and kept trying to get into my room.... Im mortified! To top it off the "Super start" complimentary breakfast is packaged cinnamon rolls.... thats it. The guy working front desk in the AM felt bad (he was wearing in a basketball jersey...unprofessional) but couldnt re-imburse me. Worst. hotel. ever.

Try Worst Value Inn

We were just going up for one night to pick up our daughter from NAU. So, we wanted something inexpensive because we wouldn't be spending much time there, but this hotel was the worst we have ever stayed in. On the staircase leading to our room there were signs posted reading "Watch your step" and for good reason; they were metal and very rusty and the carpet at the top of the stairs was lifting and very dangerous. The towels in the bathroom were so thin and full of holes you could see through them. We had to be careful just walking into the bathroom because the carpet was worn down to the tack board and they were poking through. My husband stepped on them a few times, ouch! We chose to leave the windows open all night for some cool air because the air conditioning was so loud we didn't want it on. Come to find out that there is a train passing by every 30 minutes that sounded like a helicopter was landing on the building. We didn't bother to stay for the free continental breakfast because nothing had led us to believe that it would even be worth it. We have stayed at some cheap hotels before, but nothing as bad as this one. We would have been better off parking at the Walmart and sleeping in our car!

"really ugly"

This place was the worst place I ever stayed at. There was a wall separating the two beds. there were no night stands or tables in the room and just enough room to get out of the bed. I felt like I was in a prison cell with a queen size bed. The carpeting was stained and there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. I probably could have used the towels for finishing off furniture as sandpaper. Enough, I am glad I am not in that place anymore.

It's OK

It is cheap. It had HBO. The internet they provided didn't work, I used unsecured WIFI that didn't come in that well. The breakfast was just some honey-buns, coffee, and orange juice.
