Super 8 Conference Center NAU/Downtown

This hotel was very comfortable and had good amenities.

Well, if you need a cheap motel, this is your one. It's an older motel that is mostly clean. Ya get what you pay for...

This was absolutely awful! The room smelled so strong of bleach and bathroom cleaner every night, I thought I was going to throw up. Our last night there, the smell went from a public restroom (that was about to be inspected) to an old porta-pottie! I would have gone somewhere else (and just been fine losing the money!) our first night there, but every other hotel in the area was booked up due to N AZ University graduation that weekend. Breakfast was cereal and juice with watered down coffee. The person at the front desk could not do anything to help, but was kind enough to give me extra coffee packets so I could try to brew coffee in the room all night with the door open to help with the smell. -It didn't help! -Don't bother with this place.

Hotel was fine w/ good service in general. Beware when you arrive they say because booked w/ [...]there is a $3/day utiltiy fee. I understood price quoted on [...]is price!!

Decent room for the price. Great location for Snowbowl Ski Resort and surrounding restaurants. Also close to the downtown nightlife. Room wasn't temperature prepared before check-in which would've helped in the cold climate. Also, walls were not thin but tremors could be felt from the kids two rooms away. Nice hotel. I would recommend and return for an economic, weekend visit.

We were just looking for a cheap place to stay for NYE. You pay for what you get. It was cheap and we didn't get much.

Not the newest in town but good for the price and value. Good firm bed, clean, and has a refrigerator. Older motel with some creaks and growns but well kept. Location is excellent from NAU, shops, and eateries. Traffic conjestion is high and noisy during work hours. Get a room in the back were it is quiet with a really large parking lot and grass area for your pets. I used it for my deer hunt with easy access to the surrounding mountains.

My family and I really enjoy going to Flagstaff to visit our son, who attends NAU. This was our first visit to the Super 8. We found that the hotel met our needs such as being centrally located, clean, and affordable. My youngest son, really enjoyed making waffles during the continental breakfast hours. The only disappointing factor, was that I had originally requested a handicapped room for my elderly mother, which I was not accomodated.

noisy, unfriendly staff,old very dissapointed

Room was musty and dirty looking. Carpet needs replaced-thread bare and dirty. Only had 2 towels for 4 people. Office gave us those but didn't have any washcloths available--gave us hand towels to use. The other rooms were used by utility workers and it was quite noisey. Rooms were big and could be made into really nice rooms if they cleaned them up. Old bedding, old drapes---quite drab!! I recommend you skip this hotel and move on to another....
