LOVED THE HOTEL
Great. location, great breakfast, great dinner in restaurant ! Wouldn't change a thing. Liked that is was close to the park!

Close to Grand Canyon
The room was very small. We were located right across from the ice and vending machines. The heat did not always work correctly and the coffee machine did not work our first night there, although they replaced it for the second night. We felt the room was definitely not worth $150.00 a night. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Great Hotel
A great Hotel. The rooms are maybe a little small but big enough for a short stay. The distance to the Grand Canyon is short maybe about 10 minutes. The breakfast in the morning was the best we had on our trip! Its a delicious bufett. Always again

Denver Beans
Beware the sports bar
We really liked the hotel but the dining and the sports bar did not have good service. The sports bar in particular had very rude bartenders. And they that was before they tried to overcharge us. After the first night we ate elsewhere. The bowling alley was a ton of fun though.

Comfortable and Clean
It was a very comfortable and clean hotel. The breakfst was very good and filling, not a "continental breakfast" only. It was a full breakfast. We only ate breakfast and dinner it was so filling. Beds were very comfy. I reccomend this hotel to the cost contious traveler.

Good location, nice stay
Our stay here was cozy. Got some snow at the beginning of November. The rooms are very clean and more modern than I expected. 5 min. drive from the park. The only way to beat the location is to stay at one of the resorts in the park, which will probably cost a lot more. The restaurants on-site weren't anything special. Overpriced, in fact. But really, the whole town is.

Nice hotel, very small room, bad service.
The hotel is very nice, but the room is very small. we had difficulties to find place for our bagages. The service for diner is bad. We went for dinner two nights and each time, we received something we did not order. That's bad because the hotel is a good place. Maybe if you pay more, you will have a nice room.

Wandering the West
Couldn't believe internet still doesn't work
Read many of the reviews regarding lobby staff friendliness and poor internet services and decided to go anyway. After going through Zion, Bryce, the North Rim and now the South, I had experienced great service and super internet coverage at every stay until The Best Western GC Village In this day and age, people actually get work done while they travel. Ended up having a second breakfast over a McDonalds in order to clear the work load.
