Staff Not The Best
We were not here long... checked in after 11 PM and were out by 4:30 AM, but the check-in process (despite having a reservation) was onerous; there was one other person waiting at the desk when I came in, and we both were there nearly 20 minutes while the clerk was distracted looking for something behind the desk, answering one phone call, and doing something on the computer. I was dragging with fatigue and only needed my room key, and it was a long time coming.

The hotel is very convenient to Sky Harbor Airport. The shuttle delivered us right to the door of our airline. The staff was very helpful. They even had coffee at 4:00a.m. They also have a very nice restaurant. The hotel has been updated, the beds were comfortable. We spent our first night in PHX at a hotel several blocks from there for a cost of about $50.00 more, this is just as nice at a lower price. We will certainly stay there again.

We we're completely satisfied with all aspects of this lodging with one exception: Need to give reserved parties better information in advance for shuttle pickups at Sky Park Airport. Suggest having your asssociated booking operations include the exact pickup locations in the email reservation confirmation. Our experience was frustrating because of confusing phone info, and length of wait time.

Great access to PHX rental car return! However the room felt old and in need of some tender loving care. For half the price it would have been a bargin.

excellent airport hotel
This hotel/motel is very close to the airport, and their shuttle operates 24/7, The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet and there is a nice pool. The attached restaurant is fine--nothing fancy, but comfortable and serves a decent breakfast. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful. All in all, good value for the price.
