Crowne Plaza PHOENIX-AIRPORT

Very comfortable and near the Airport. Good place to stay if you have an early flight in the morning. Also you can leave your car there while you are gone.

Hot tub and pool were great. Good beds. Seems to be worth the price paid. Restaurant was a little expensive.

I booked this hotel because I had an early flight. I had not stayed at a Crowne Plaza for a while and was reminded that it's a decent quality brand. I liked that it was on the light rail line which gave me easy access to downtown PHX and they have a good shuttle to the airport. Ideal if you are in town and want access to the city center and proximity to PHX airport. Room was clean, staff were accommodating, good net access, comfortable desk/chair and one piece of brilliance...they had a custom brand clip to attach the black out drapes together....now....that means someone is thinking about the frequent traveler at Crowne Plaza. Bravo.

This hotel is located next to the rail system which is good. Overall location is convenient. My hotel room smelled a bit, but otherwise it was fairly clean. A/C didn't work that well, but it wasn't too big an issue because of the weather. My biggest issue was the housekeeping. 3 times my room was not completely cleaned for a 5 night stay. One night they did not replace a trash bag, leave any clean wash cloths (but did take the dirty ones), or change the ice bucket liner. The other nights were subtle misses by the housekeeping staff.

Hotel location was excellent for my purpose - near the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was great. The only complaint is that shower was slow to drain; maintenance staff should pay closer attention to work that needs to be done.

Convenient location for airport. Restaurant in hotel. None near.

My husband and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza on our last night in Arizona. The hotel was only about 3 miles from the airport where we needed to return our rent car. The hotel was very clean and quiet. We had two complaints about our room. First, the folding door on the closet was off the track and was a problem every time you needed to open it. The other issue was the toilet seat. It was very wobbly and could be problematic if you were not careful when sitting down. We did report this when checking out and maintenance was sent immediately to the room. You would think housekeeping would notice this when cleaning the rooms and report it at that time rather than leaving the guests to deal with the issues.

Short stay, but sweet at the end of week's vacation in Sedona

Good hotel. Friendly staff, good food. A Crowne Plaza, but is needing some updates to the rooms. Small tv. Clean though.

We went to a DBacks game while in Arizona and this hotel is right across the street from the metro that will take you to the Ball Park. The Pool was nice and the bed was comfy.
