We chose this hotel for the free 'up to two weeks parking' offered on an overnight stay and free shuttle service to the airport. This all went smoothly and We would definitely do it again. The hotel is comfortable enough and everything worked but some of the room furnishings are in need of replacement; not the bed however, it was a sleep number style and very comfortable. All in all a good value, especially the parking.

Great for the price!!
I arrived at the airport and the shuttle picked me up within 10 minutes-Very friendly staff. The room was large,clean and very nice. Facilities at the hotel were great also. Also great to have free wireless. When I travel in PHX I will stay at the there for sure!

Nice Hotel
i go to Phoenix 2 times a year. the hotel is nice but they have repair rooms by the elevator and people go in and at all times and the door bangs. if you go ask not to be put in rooms around the elevator. the staff is very nice but the resteraunt is very unorganized.the sleep number beds are a great touch. they could be a much better hotel than they at this point

Overall, the hotel is good. But I didn't like the location of the kingbed. The kingbed faces to the balcony. I felt cold and uncomfortable.

quiet and relaxing
The hotel was very easy to find, right off the freeway. Parking was great. The hotel staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Checking in and out was very quick and easy. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept. Rooms were clean when we arrived and the bed was very comfortable. overall we had no bad experiences, everything went well and again the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay and keep up the great work!!

Must visit the Desert Botanical Garden. It's hot out there so bring some water, and enjoy the beautiful cactis.

Great Location and nice atmosphere
the hotel is beautiful, we ate at the restaurant in the hotel, the food was good, a bit pricey for what we got, I was not impressed by the sleep number bed and the remote was worn out. Other than that, I was a plesent stay

Average, nothing special
There was road construction and the staff was cleaning the entrance brick path for both days I stayed at the hotel. The room didn't hold it's temperature. It was very close to the airport. The bed sheets were horrible and scratchy. The staff was very friendly. Overall, the stay wasn't the best. I chose this hotel strictly because of it's location.

For a Super Graduation
Our stay at the hotel was fairly good. It was a smooth transaction checking in and out. On arrival the lobby was nice, clean and inviting. The shuttle driver was great to talk with and had suggestive places to go for family entertainment.
