Convenient and Pleasant
This hotel was very easy to get to from the airport via the light rail, which is why we chose it. We also took the rail to get to a Diamondbacks game and then go back to the airport to rent our car. Staff was pleasant and recommended a Mexican restaurant that we could walk to just a couple blocks away - very tasty. It's also a couple blocks from a Safeway and our room had a fridge, which was handy for our road trip the following day. Overall a nice stay.

For one night only!
We stayed here to get priority points, but remembered that last time the food was BAD, so we didn't eat breakfast here. It's easy to find a good breakfast with a GPS. Our room was cold and we were told there was no heat until November. (We were there on Oct 22nd.) The night clerk brought us a comforter and we were warm enough sleeping, but not comfortable sitting in the room. The proximity to downtown is good for a fourth of the cost of a downtown hotel.

Great location for the price
Because of the Hotel's close proximity to the Light rail system, getting to the Convention Center for my Conference offerings was NO PROBLEM!!! Amazingly, during my stay, I did not miss not having a personal vehicle.

Very nice hotel
The location was great. We attended the Michael Buble concert in downtown Phoenix and wanted an easy way to get to downtown Phoenix. The hotel is just a block away from the light rail station and it was so easy (and cheap)to jump on the light rail and head to the stadium. The hotel staff was great and showed us which stops to use. Didn't have to worry about parking and getting out of the "after event" traffic. It made the start of our vacation great. Highly recommend it.

Good location.
Parking garage shared with Radison Hotel. You have to walk in the street to return to hotel (due to construction) and not only is it unsafe due to traffic, also unsafe at night with three women walking alone some distance from our hotel entrance. Breakfast buffet was priced at $9+, and would be a free continental breakfast at most other hotels. Overpriced and just mediocre quality.
