Travelodge Phoenix Airport

the good: the room was large and clean; quiet location for sleeping; king-size bed; about 20 tv channels with hbo; breakfast was good- cereal, rolls, toast, micro oatmeal, coffee; airport shuttle was reliable. the bad: would've been nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room; no lamp over table and chair for reading; faucet knob on bathroom sink fell off. the worst: owners are terrible managers, have no concept of costumer service. they let the phone ring forever w/o answering it. when i reported the tv not working, they did not respond or try to correct the problem.

had to change room, ac didn't work no remote for tv no clock ice maker didn't work

My ceiling leaked. There was no other vacancies had to drive around at 5am looking for a dry place. Paid 200 for another spot. Can't even get reimbursement for my forced early check out.

Before getting out of the cab, the driver told me to "be careful because things tend to happen around here." As long as you're sleeping and not planning on taking a stroll around the neighborhood at night, I think you should be fine. Hair dryer didn't work, the door lock was broken, the walls looked dirty... but it was a cheap place to stay when I missed my last connecting flight. You can't complain that much.

Uneventful really. Staff was available. Breakfast was ok. Neighborhood was questionable but non-threatening.

ice machine did not work , no continental breakfast like i was told when i made the reservation, should have a coffee pot in the room.

Awful, not a good place to walk around, lack of facilities, they offered internet access unavailable in the rooms, and continental breakfast also unavailable. I asked for a non smoking room and the only optios was a stinky smoking room.

I asked for a non-smoking room and spent the few hours we were there with a burning nose. There was even an ashtray on the table. The bathroom needed to be a bit cleaner also. The good parts were it was a large room and the shuttle to the apriport was there on time. The front desk was friendly. Also for what we needed, a place to crash for 4 hours until we had to meet our plane, it was great.

The Travelodge onE.VAN BUREN ST.in PHOENIX WAS LOCATED NEXT TO A HOMELESS SHELTER. THE FACT IS THAT THE SHELTER WAS IN BETTER CONDITION THAT THE HOTEL. [*]. IT GETS BETTER-TWO UNDESIRABLE CHARACTERS WERE TRYING TO BREAK INTO A CAR IN THE PARKING LOT. I HAD NO KNOWLEDGE THAT THIS AREA WAS A SERIOUS CRIME AREA IN PHOENIX. NEEDLESS TO SAY MY WIFE AND I NEVER CHECKED IN. [...]

Linen was older then me no AC noise from other rooms loud. Bay window TV. When told at the desk about AC they already new.
