The staff was friendly and helpful. The room however had its' shortfalls. You could hear water running in rooms next to us and above us. The Plumbing noise was worse than a cheap to average motel. The coffee maker needing cleaning. The sleeper sofa in the sitting room was very uncomfortable. The 2 TV's were older models. You would have expected to get flat screen TV's in an upscale hotel resort. The channel selection was limited to basic cable with no premium channels. The bed was very comfortable, and the room in general seemed to be clean. The kitchenette was a nice feature too. This resort is within walking distance of the main street shopettes, and is only a few miles from Highway 89A shops and rock formation destinations on the outskirts of town.

Everything was perfect except maid service. We arrived late Friday night. There wasn't any maid service Sat., they didn't clean our room. Finally at 4:00 on Sat. I called for robes and clean towels, which were delivered promptly. Everything else was great with the exception of sleeping next door to a very noisy ice maker. The Spa personal were very good, pricey but worth it.

The rooms could use updating, and the bathroom needs better lighting. But overall, it's in a beautiful location. The beds were comfortable, and the view from the patio is priceless. Would defintely stay there again.

Great view, Great location, The Orchards Inn restaurant also had great food. we were dissatisfied with the room on the lower floor with no privacy balcony. Other wise the Orchilds Inn was a great place to stay.

This hotel is worth the price for the wonderful view out the attached balcony! It was clean, and very quiet, but the front desk had limited hours of operation. The parking lot was overcrowded,but once you parked , you could walk to shops and restaurants nearby.

The staff was extremely helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The view from our room was spectacular. An unexpected delight was the complimentary morning breakfast which served everything from egg dishes, ham/bacon/sausage, waffles and yogurt with granola.

What a delight

This was a perfect place to stay in Sedona. Loved our room, loved the ducks that came to visit us each morning as we sat on the patio drinking our coffee. It was a wonderful helpful staff and the in room meals were reasonably priced. The only slight negative, was the shower was dark, since the shower curtain was heavy material.

Relaxed and Rejuvinated

Traveled from Oregon in April for some Arizona sunshine, and though not familiar with the area, was very pleased to have chosen Oak Creek Terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful, rates reasonable, and we absolutely loved the layout of the resort. Oak Creek nearby, surrounded by canyon walls, and the peacefulness of the coi pond were fantastic. We were there without a car, but was able to taxi to Sendona for less than twenty dollars; negatively, that driver FORGOT to pick us up for our shuttle connection to Phoenix Airport, but we were able to connect with another taxi, and did make our flight. So maybe not Bob's if you need transport. We plan to go again, and to rent a cabin closer to the creek. It is so beautiful there, I would highly recommend a stay.

The hotel is situated in the canyon right on Oak Creek. The grounds are beautiful and the room was very nicely decorated. There was a path down to the creek where there were lounge chairs and hammocks so you could relax and listen to the water rush by. The atmosphere was serene and relaxing. There is no food on the property, but there is a Dairy Queen right across the street.
We are looking forward to going back again.

Beautiful retreat in the heart of uptown

Truly caring, efficient and able staff. Lovely room -no view from the lodge rooms or from most of the cabins, but the river,trees and birds make up for that. L'Auberge de Sedona feels like a retreat a few steps away from a bustling main street. The restaurant is excellent.
We had never been to Sedona and truthfully, no photo or description could effectively tell the beauty and magic of the area. If you can ignore the touristy stores and focus on the true warmth of the inhabitants, the unbelievable hiking and breathtaking views - it will be a memory worth having.

The pool and hot tubs were very nice. The location is great and walkable to many stores. The hotel described the room as sleeping four, but it could only sleep three adults comfortably in my opinion.

We had a wonderful time in Sedona! This hotel is more like a motel, but equal to your average holiday Inn. The pool area was very serene with a wonderful view! The hotel restaraunt is fantastic but highly priced. You cannot check in until 3:00 PM and the onsite restaraunt is close Sunday and Monday. You wouldn't want to eat there every night anyway! We hiked to all of the vortexes during the days. You will LOVE Sedona!

The hotel was just what I'd expect, clean, good service, knowledgable concierge. On the downside, most of the hotel ammenities (like the pool/hot tube) closed at 10pm. On the upside, the hotel was right by uptown and the cost was comparable to hotels that were further away. Plus, a room with two queen beds cost the same as a room with one queen bed, that'd make it easy to bring a family or split the room cost with a friend.

Great setting, friendly and informative staff, great view, no breakfast but in Sedon who wants to eat at the hotel.
Gounds crew, room attendants, etc. were friendly, helpful and directed me to places I would not have ordinarily found on the first vist.
My kind of peole stayed at this place.

Within a few blocks, you can enjoy the evening by walking to one of the many clubs and come back and enjoy the moonlight as you relax and enjoy a romantic moment in the hot tub that has adult only hours after 9:00pm. It is well located, but the price is not worth the amenities. The bed was comfortable. The room seemed small for the cost, as well. The breakfast and coffee offered were not appetizing.

Sedona is a great place to go and unwind. The hotel was clean, and a good place to sleep. Nothing extra ordinary but for the price, a good bet!

In Sedona you are surrounded by culture. The new Cultural Center next door is home to many music festivals. Explore over 40 art galleries and shops. Then enjoy a night-out at any one of many fantastic restaurants- you can even find rattlesnake and cactus on the menu. Don't forget the camera. Our spacious accommodation's offer a relaxing Santa Fe decor. The suites feature kitchenettes or kitchens, foldout sleepers and balconies or patios. The one and two bedroom suites feature in-room Jacuzzis, fully appointed kitchens and cozy fireplaces. The resort offers BBQ areas, organized activities, laundry facilities, two outdoor heated swimming pools (open year-round), three whirlpool spas, and a fitness center.
Wireless internet available at a charge of $6.95 a day.
ALL of our resorts will require a Major credit card ONLY deposit for all guests. No cash or debit cards allowed. The deposit will be $100 US and shall be returned when the rooms have been inspected and no damage has been done or items are not missing. If there is damage or items missing the guest will be charged.
Also no RV or motor home parking allowed on the property.
Please note that this property does not have daily maid service. No pets allowed
The resort will be conducting various construction projects between April 1, 2012 through May 31, 2012. The resort will be working daily to minimize disturbances to guest staying at the resort. We appreciate your patience as we are making improvements to our resort.

Cute little condo with nice furnishings and pretty landscaping. Very small, only queen size bed, but full kitchen and very large bathroom. Try to book upstairs rooms. Timeshare, but just tell the "conceriege" you're not interested and walk away before they have time to "hook" you. Really nice setup for the $107 per night that we paid.

the best thing about this place is the location, basically walking distance from bell rock, the breakfast is pretty much useless but there is a good place for that across the street, all in all it's a place to stay and that's about it

We're cheap so maybe that's why we scored relatively high. Don't remember what we paid but we would have paid somewhere between 90 an 110 dollars knowing our buying habits.

Nice hotel. Good service. Very clean. Relatively close to numerous stores and restaurants. Not the greatest of views for a hotel in the Red Rock area but still worth the price. I'd definitely stay there again and would recommend it for anyone passing through Sedona.

Was a great place to stay. A few miles from the downtown area. Rooms were clean and in good order. Breakfast was only decent but free. Easy acess to lots of hikes. Would definitely stay there again. Staff was great at front desk - even called to tell me I had a tail-light out after driving away!

The hotel was great, however, oribtz should have not been selling rooms according to the manger of the hotel. We drove 8 hours with three children in the car to only get to the hotel and have the manager tell us they are a timeshare and orbitz should not be selling the rooms. We did not have a place to stay so we called orbitz and they were supposed to call us back with a room and never did. After two hours of waiting, [...] the manager, gave us the last avaiable room, however, we had to change rooms in the morning and pay more money. The hotel itself was great, but I will never never never purchase again from orbitz.
