when we arrived at our room, the tub was extremely dirty. we called, and the room was changed immediately. the new room was better, but the door was not aligned correctly, so we had to slam the door loudly. at 2 a.m., I'm sure our neighbors did not appreciate that. the breakfast was ok, but could have benefited by fresh fruit, etc. I will not stay there again.

The hotel needs to update their web site there is no reastaurant, there is a lobby area that they use for drinks and light snacks after 5:00 pm. It appears that they are trying to revovate the hotel back to a resort, but for now it is just a place to sleep

Staff was friendly. Room was clean, but carpets were wet (from shampooing) when I first arrived. First night was amazingly quiet. Nice pool/spa area, but a guy in the area (guest?) kind of scared me away. I slept really well the first night. Mattress was fantastic - I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning!
Second night was very noisy. Kids running around, yelling, and slamming doors all night long. I notified the staff, but they reacted almost helplessly. The only quiet I got was from midnight to 6 AM. Made the night awful.

oh...smell like mold when we entered the room... need pleasant smelling room... at first, there was no iron broad, ironing, hair blower, microwave, refrigator and clock. so i went to and ask for hair blower and iron but i had to pay extra charge for microwave and refrigator..i noticed that almost all outlets needed to be upgrade...in overall, we seems okay for overnight sleep but not for ten days. we are planning to come back to Tucson for reunion and see our family again.but not this hotel... maybe Grant hill hotel or better deals not this place. we had been there twice...not anymore.

This is a budget motel that we have stayed at 6 times in the last year. It is ok for the money, but this time has been the worst so far. We arrived about 9pm after a 5 hour drive. The floor looked like it was vaccumed very hit and miss. The bed frame was broken, when we asked to switch rooms they had none to switch too. They sent maintenance to put some blocks under for the night. Kinda worked. The next day it took almost 9 hours before they brought another frame to switch out. Ok for the money but we are looking for a nicer place even if it costs a few bucks more.

The hotel and everything else around are kept clean. However, the complex is old inside and out. The folks that clean the room do a very good job. The front desk wasn't as friendly. She was average. I believe it is a good one night stay to get some rest.

The beds could have been better, they were sinking in the middle, restroom had hair on the floor from previous customer.
