Room, was to small.
and the bath was dirty... the food was ok.. the BFK, was o k... they need to put more food for bfk ... the hall was completly dirty, ..they need to clean but the location was very convenient

mr mad at hotel
Not good
well it was not good!!!!! the pool was dirty and juzzie didn't work and smelled!!!!! the staff was not good, the only one that was nice was the lady that clean the room. they let dog's take #2 in the court yard, i never a seen a hotel like that not good, i should get my money back!!!!!

The first room we were assigned to was very musty, they did move us to a different room, and later moved us so we could be next to our 94 year old mother. I would have like adjoining rooms. I guess those weren't available to us since we booked through Orbitz. The food choices for breakfast was below par. The room was older, but comfortable. However the bathroom needed some serious cleaning. Fingerprints were all over the door. Can't believe a cleaning person could miss tjem. Brandon, on their staff was most patient and helpful.

the clincher
not so good at first, but got better
the first first day, there was no soap. I went to the front desk and told the manager. when we came back in the evening, there was still no soap. I went back to the front desk and was told they had run out, and had gotten more, but forgot to supply our room. The desk clerk gave me a bar. After that it was always supplied. Also, we partially chose this hotel because of the pool. The first day you couldn't see the bottm in 3 feet of water-IT WAS GREEN!!! The hotel manager said it was because of the Olive trees near it, but it was safe to swim in. A few days later it was quite better-

The good The bad and the ugly
We liked the fact that it had a balcony or Lani that over looked the court yard. Overall the property was very dirty. All the concrete is stained from garbage liners leaking. Carpet was dirty in the lobby area. Small pieces of litter throughout the property. The room appeared clean until you looked very closely. In the bathroom there was hair in the corners. I kept on having to play with the cord in the back of the tv to get reception. The tv was very old. Also the outlets didnt work at the desk area to plug in my computer. The continental breakfast was the worst I ever had. Just bagels and you can make your own pancakes. Pay 50 bucks more and skip this hotel.
