As a regular at Holiday Inn this property is exactly why I choose them often. Easy to find off freeway as a result of the abundance of guady light wrapped palm tree surrounds the hotel and driveway. I'm sure thats why they did it, as it's a bit removed from the exit where there are many competive chains including another HI

Wonderful family getaway
We were in Yuma for a wedding, the hotel was a short distance from friends and the wedding location. Dinning and shopping were a short distance as well. Our stay was very restful. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We injoyed the heated swimming pool and the fitness center. The continential breakfast was okay. Overall we enjoyed our stay...

poor front desk, lied about breakfast
The front staff was very rude- the hotel was to have a full breakfast offered- but when went there- they had no food, and there explanation was- sorry only one person is working, and we have two partys going on- so sorry guests- Lots of guests were very unhappy! Asked staff for items, and the lady just stuck up her nose and walked away and hid in the back of the room and wouldn't help guests . I would not stay there again- They say they offer free breakfast, but all they offer is; toast, and juice. Very rude staff!

Go to Holiday Inn Express
The rooms were very clean and the hotel is very new. The Hot Breakfast is indeed a bonus and you must try the hot biscuits. Upon checking into the room you received a goodie bag. Yum. Apples or oranges were always available in the Lobby. Location to other sites were very close and there were a lot of fine Restaurants to choose from that was in a 5-10 miles radius. If hotel had room service so you didn't have to go out to a restaurant then I would had gave a 5 Star Rating.

The Holiday Inn Express in Yuma was of utmost comfort. The room, the bed, the size of TV (flat screen), the newness of the hotel made the whole experience a good one. I will emphasize the comfort of the bed because when you are on the road for a few days a good night sleep is very important.

Short drive from hotel
I was participating in a dog show at the Yuma Fairgrounds and it was only a five minute drive. It was really nice how close it was. There also was an entire shopping center with every store you could possibly need only five minutes from the hotel. Everything at your fingertips.
