The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the grounds are nice. You can't beat the free happy hour and free breakfast for this cost. I stayed here a year ago and chose to stay here again because of the great value and wonderful staff.

Beautiful place to stay

There's a major mall right across the main drag for the hotel with close on 8 places to eat.

The Bishops
Great Customer Service
The construction made entry a little tricky, and the room was not spotless, but it was clean. The customer service was above reproach, from the check in clerk to the breakfast servers! I would stay there again on my next visit to Yuma, it was reasonably priced and the grounds were beautiful.

Major mall on the other side of the street, and it was close to the freeway which gave you access to downtown.

Good for business traveler
I enjoyed the evening respite with free drinks and snacks. Nice to unwind after a day working. Staff was very friendly and sincere in their efforts to make my stay enjoyable.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff pleasant. Parking lot security lights weren't working and two cars were broken into.

tired traveler
clean however beds way to hard
wish we would have known about the road construction, had to go 3 or 4 extra blocks then turn around to get into hotel.hotel was ok to much noise from the people above not talking just there movements all night beds very hard
