Second Class Guests
We tried to check in before 3 and they would not let us. Then when we did check in and get up to our room they placed three adults in a room with ONE king bed. When we went back down to ask for a room with two beds she stated that she would see what she could do but that is what you get when you book with a travel package. We felt like second class guest. Then she said if we didn't like it, we could call a booking agent and see if they would move us to another hotel.

Great Location
Right next to the 405 and the Long Beach Airport, the Long Beach Marriott is convenient. The staff is friendly and informative; the room was nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. I would stay there again.

Beds too soft with pillows not condusive for sleeping. Both Marriots we stayed at, will not stay again

Long Beach Getaway
Rooms are nice but be aware of the noise from the airport. They have done a very good job of reducing the noise but it is right next door.

Great Hideaway in plain site
One night stay while in own for a funeral. Needed a restful get-a-way from all the activity and this hotel was perfect. We had a room overlooking the pool and facing one of the runways. Saw a few planes land but never "heard" any of them. It was actually very peaceful watching the planes come down with the sun setting behind them. Room was immaculate with all the amenities, staff was courteous and helpful. Had a nice cup of Starbucks at the coffee stand in the lobby on the way out. Wonderful hotel will stay there again.

Long Beach Marriott is an excellent choice. The hotel is close to the airport. The room is very comfortable. The hotel is close to the freeway and very accessible. There is ample parking and quiet surroundings. Its a great value.

My review of Marriott Long Beach
I left my Sony Walkman AM/FM & earpod in the night stand ( right side as u look at the bed) When I called to have it returned to me - they said they did not have or could not find it. So, if you do not trust the help - why stay there!

Good amenities
Very comfortable and close to all of my needs. Only disapointment was the shower head. Worthless design very difficult due to large light pattern to shampoo or wash off soap. Other than that great hotel.

Hotel has a nice sports bar, but it is only a short drive to downtown and Pine St is filled with bars restaurants and people, right next to the waterfront.
