It was a very good hotel but it was far away from everything and no in room dining. I was hungry at midnight and everything was closed even there resturant on a friday. No room service for such a nice place. the gift shop had candy bars as if i were a child.

the location was perfect. We went to the beaches, b everly hills,hollywood and we went to dodger stadium. Everything about the hotel was perfect but for one exception, noise! The walls were thin between rooms...

Very pleased with hotel. Huge place, vintage Hollywood would describe it. Room was spacious and comfortable. Service was very good. Would stay there again if could get similar deal (flight and accomodation discount).

always good - easy to downtown work location
parking is too expensive so I park around the corner at another hotel and pay one fourth the price. No in or out priveldges with this other parking situation, but definately a cost savings. While the Biltmore is a good value, the parking destroys your budget of economy.

Absolutely loved this hotel - staff was super nice and helpful...room had an awesome view.
Considering the location, amenities and the price, it's hard to beat...sure there are five star locations up in the Hills, but if you don't want to spend an arm and a leg, this is perfect . I was super happy with the room - had a nice kitchenette and everything was clean and really nice - building itself is older, but room is updated.
The staff offered lots of unique touches to make the experience special (ie, when I was checking in, one of the guys at the concierge walked up and gave me a nice celebratory glass of non-alcoholic champagne...more for the gesture than the free drink, of course :) The pool was gorgeous (nice waterfall off to the side, gorgeous pagoda), view unparalleled...gated entry to hotel is right next to the front entrance of Yamashiro restaurant. And if you can, talk to the concierge about getting into the members-only Magic Castle (the hotel has a deal set up with them that allows hotel guests, space permitting), and it's a really fun experience. Definitely recommend the Hollywood Hills Hotel.

The views are amazing, the minibar is free, and the staff is the nicest you will ever meet at a hotel. My wife is pregnant and one day we had slept in and was going to miss breakfast. They brought it to our room since she didn't make it down instead. The rooms are large and sufficient, but everything else makes up for any room shortcomings. You also get admission to the magic castle which everyone says is amazing, just remember to bring a suit and tie for guys or a cocktail dress for ladies as it is required at the castle.

Booking on Cheap Tickets is a very good way of keeping travel costs down. However, I don't like the fact that I get no miles and no credits for my Hilton stays. That makes no sense to me.

Hilton Los Angeles Airport is definitely a nice hotel just a few minutes away from the airport. The room was nice, with an accessible inner courtyard. The concierges were very helpful with providing directions. However, I wasn’t expecting to pay $22 daily for car parking. I thought this service would be free for hotel guests, and didn’t include this in my budget. If you are not going in and out multiple times, I would just park at any of the neighboring garages for less cost.

Hotel was amazing ....construction not so much

We absolutely loved our hotel. The lobby was beautiful and smelled fantastic. The wine reception every night from 5:30 till 6:30 was exceptional . Enjoying a glass of wine by the outside fire every night was delightful. The West restaurant had some of the most amazing food I have ever had .....the only downside to our stay was the construction . The noise Inside and outside of the hotel was at times unbearable. The construction on the 16th floor caused us to have to move our room in the middle of the stay, the construction on the 405 made it a huge headache to even get to the hotel.

Our stay was good. There is a lot of vehicle noise and some of it was due to ramp construction at this location. Just keep the room heat/air conditioner blower on constant and the noise is not so noticeable.The bed is extremely comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions. Would stay here again.

Good fitness center. Continental breakfast was good - pancakes were great and quick, cinnamon rolls were tasty and they had skim milk. Hotel was very clean and a good price for the area. Very close to Hollywood.
You can hear the street noise on Highland pretty well if your room is on that side.

The staff at this hotel were practically incompetent and not helpful. They tried to charge us $125 for using the valet for five nights when we only used it once (one of the nights we weren't even in the state, let alone at the hotel). It took several minutes to get this very simple matter straightened out. The TV was also very old and a tube and the room looked very old-fashioned and rather shabby. The one thing that I did really like about the room was the stellar view of the Hollywood sign. I wouldn't recommend staying here, however. The price just wasn't worth what we got in return.

Top ratings for just about everything at this hotel, including its dog-friendly policies. Check out the lawn area on the 4th floor - perfect for walking your little ones. Our only gripe with this hotel is the daily parking fee—$37. Seems to us that guests should get a better break than that... but considering the hotel is a good bargain otherwise, the parking is only a small consideration. Also, the hotel just had a major facelift so it's not nearly as dated as it was a few years ago.

Well, the hotel was really good, good location and the staff is very helpful. I was looking for a ride to the six flags and in no time they arranged it for me. The room is neat and clean, it's just the internet that isn't that quite good in the room but it's ok since you don't need it that much during your vacation.There's alot to do you won't find anytime to surf the internet :)

Convenient, comfortable, friendly

I had a quick business trip to LA. The Sheraton Gateway was very convenient to the airport and had a spacious, comfortable room (to relax and work). The fitness facility was nice with plenty of equipment available. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Neither a cheap hotel nor high end accommodations, but good value for comfort and convenience.

Stayed for a few days on a business trip. I was treated well by the employees. They even brought a rental car to me and I was able to leave it with valet to return. No problem.

Received a great online deal for this hotel in the heart of downtown L.A.. Great proximity to L.A. Live (Staples Center, Nokia Theater, entertainment, food, drinks, etc) and the hotel even offers complimentary car service there! One think to mention is you should be certain to reserve the car service early. There was a 45 minute wait when we requested service. Otherwise, the Omni Hotel is a very elegant hotel with superb staff and nicely maintained rooms. I would definitely stay there again.

I absolutely loved staying at the Omni on my last visit to LA. The downtown LA location is convenient to the freeways, ktown, and about 30 minutes from all other areas of LA.
The rooms were very roomy and the amenities were fantastic. The service was also seamless.
Would definitely stay here again!

I was only there for one night and it was just fine. The one complaint I have is that the lighting in the bathroom was very dim, way too dark in there. Couldn't even see myself properly in the mirror. Had to use the lamps in the main room for make-up, etc. Everything else was fine.

good place, but confusing building layout and POOR parking. all in all, well worth the bucks.
Only other problem being that the LAX shuttle only runs every half hour, and not too punctual. But it didn't hinder our time.

Staying here was great. In was in a pretty decent location and the staff was nice. They were going thru a remodel at the time but it was clean and not loud at all. Would definitely stay again.

When we travel to L.A. we always stay here. Front desk staff less hospitable than in the past. Hotel less decorated out for the holiday. Room ammenities and pleasantries went downhill. Hot tub overcrowded. Less plush, did not feel like a luxury room, over-priced for what we got. Disappointed in maid service. Had to request room be made up. 4p check-in seems late to me. Came at 3:15 p, but made to wait.

Location was perfect. Close to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, UCLA and freeway (405). Room was clean and comfortable. Concierge service was great for finding activities in the area, getting tickets, area restaurants and directions anywhere. Not too much drawer space to store clothes, though. Did not like the $24 for parking every time I had to use the rental car.

Cheap hotel in Century City

This hotel is totally unremarkable. There is nothing special about it at all. I would only recommend it for business travelers on a budget. There is nothing in the immediate area to see or walk to. In my case, I had a 7am meeting in Century City, so it worked well for me. But, I would not stay here otherwise.

We've stayed at this property before. Check-in was fast. The room was still great; large, clean and very quiet even though it is adjacent to LAX. Didn't use most of the amenities. I knew about the parking situation (only valet available @$$$/day) and didn't think it would bother me but it did---every day. At least the parking attendants were fast; except for the last day when they retrieved the wrong car (If it had been a Lexus I would have taken it!). If parking is only valet the next time I'm in LA, it will be a deal breaker.

This hotel was nicely decorated; however, my room wasn't very clean and my sheets made me itch horribly.

The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was nice, but had a very limitted menu. If you travel by car the hotel charges it's customers 30.00 dollars a day to park. Plus Tax. I would think since you were staying at the hotel parking would be included. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Great location. Nice rooms, on the small side but plenty adequate. Great decor. Bar is not great but you can walk to th W in westwood for drinks. Best quality is that it is PET friendly. For that reason alone, I will be staying again.

I parked ,the front Desk person was helpful and friendly ,Went to my room , it ws Clean just your tipical older hotel could have used a lil remodle , But at this price it was just fine.
If your only looking for a place to Drop your head then its Just dandy , Overall It was just fine .Not were I would want to stay for any extended time .
