Good value for family

Our family stayed here for 3 nights due to the proximity to the Disneyland resort and the value. The room was great for 5 people (2 adults and 3 kids 7, 9, 11). We had plenty of space The continental breakfast was so-so, it seemed to be a bit better earlier in the morning, but it was better than paying the going rate for meals every morning. We also were happy with the Anaheim Resort Transport to Disneyland (~5 minutes drive time, buses come every 20 minutes or so).

Very good hotel

The staffs are very friendly. The room is clean. It is only minutes after my stay at the airport, then the hotel shuttle picked up us.Very convenient. There is printer for customer to print their boarding pass! I like the hotel!

Nice airport hotel

On the relatively nice end of what you'd expect from a big chain airport hotel. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to LAX with pretty good shuttle service. Good place to stay for a layover.

Negative experience

The room is ok, quite, very close to the airport, but the hotel facilities are not clean. I was charged $20 for one night parking; there was no clear information about parking fees when I did the reservation. The staff was not polite when I complained about the parking fee. Overall a negative experience.

Expensive parking

Hotel charges $20 pro night for parking. No clear information about parking fees, which makes 20% of the price. I am very disappointed.

Stayed here before...

On weekends, Friday through Sunday, the hotel drops its prices drastically compared to weekdays, making it a tremendous bargain! I've stayed there a few times, and enjoyed my stays. I like the free use of computers in the Business Center!
