Cold and Noisy Los Angeles night
Hotels location is perfect but renovation and isolation are required for rooms. That was really cold and noisy night in that room. I recommend you to choose your room facing at backyard.

Your not staying here to lounge at the hotel.
We had a great time here. We are also the type of travelers that are on the go and just need a safe place to sleep and keep our stuff. There are no telephones in the rooms and the curtains did not block out any light in the morning. But it was clean, the staff very nice and accommodating. You do need a car if you stay here but parking is free and seemed safe.

The Italian restaurant Osteria La Buca was a great dinner experience and Nue Café was great for breakfast.

not good hotel
I don't like this hotel. The building look pretty, but in the room, small room, no phone, no microwave, a tiny coffee pot, so small toilet (just 4 inches) and room seems poorly maintained. The staff is friendly, free parking. It's total fail for me.

Nice hotel
Stayed here for one night. This is a simple hotel that has lots of cool picts of LA in the corridors' walls. Nothing spectacular, but a nice place to stay. No major issues.

good value
I booked the hotel cause the location and the free parking and internet. Room is clean, but I don't like the hard wood floor very much. And my room is near the street so it's bit noisy in the morning. Nothing else to complain. overall very good.

Interesting historic hotel
Stayed here a night and enjoyed it. Not in the greatest part of town, but it seemed safe. Definitely has a historic look and feel, photos of celebs line the hallways. The room was as expected for the price. No complaints, would stay again.

Theater Tripper
Unique & Historical
Clean, friendly and a great value. Hotel has free parking in the rear and is an easy 5 minute walk to Paramount Studios on Melrose. It is not near all the activities of Hollywood Central area and you will need to drive to that area, but we had no problem finding parking. Staff throughout the day was friendly and there is a cafe 2 doors down. Found it convenient to other areas of LA.

Nice surprise
This is NOT a Hilton .. But it doesn't cost $250 plus either! Very accomodating staff, very clean, quiet, free parking and wi-fi. I will stay here again no worries ! Minutes from everything ! Thanks so much.

Excellent place to visit Los Angeles
For its price, this hotel is very good. The location is not bad, there are several buses coming near enough to the hotel. Moreover, the hotel is located minutes away from the Paramount Studios. The room was clean, but lacking some things (trash in the room and a second nightstand). The staff was very helpful.
