Review of my trip

Great hotel, location and service. I could have done without the high priced extra expenses, like the $40 dollar per day mandatory valet charge.

Great hotel

I had a nice rest in this hotel. Jacuzi, pool and fitness room were perfect. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendful. The only thing I didn`t like - internatonal calls were too expensive and even local calls were charged to me and internet is not for free as in most hotels. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and will stay there again for sure if I visit Los Angeles again.

Great experience!

We came out to CA to go to the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. The hotel was beautiful!!!! The service was great and the room was very clean. We had a great view of the city too. It was great that the workout room was free! There were fresh flowers on display daily- so pretty! And the breakfast was so good. Great location too! I was so close to Rodeo Rd. and right off of Santa Monica Blvd. but removed enough that it was quite. We had our 6 month old baby with us so that was important. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Experience the Staff is GREAT!

I had read other reviews and was concerned about staying here with my family. We stayed the entire week for a family trip, complete with a day at Disney and one at Universal. We've stayed at the Ritz before and the staff at the Intercontential is easily comparable to the staff there. They always made my family feel welcome and at home. After walking into the lobby, I was concerned that we would not feel like we fit in, but from the first interaction the staff made us feel great. Walking up to the desk after twelve hours at Disney, dressed in shorts and a polo shirt, dragging a very tired little boy with me, they treated me as if I walked up with a three thousand dollar suit on. We ate breakfast every morning at the Resturant and it was wonderful! I would highly recommend this hotel and we'll be back for next years spring break!
