LA Trip
Great hotel and location. Expansive lobby and main areas add to the luxury, rooms are great too. Reception desk is friendly, accomodating and helpful. We got full review of the LA locations and good map. Bathroom was excellent and roomy with lots of towels replaced daily. What I found strange though, is that in LA heat we got dawn blanket with no extra sheet. This blaket was too warm even for cold Canadian winters. TV was confusing, the moment I turned it on to check the weather, I was charged $10 to the room. But those were small things and overall impression of the hotel was excellent.

Excellent Stay!
We had a wonderful spa treatment and stayed here as a base outside of the hustle and bustle of LA. We were easily able to travel all throughout southern CA from this hotel!

Great Central Location
Very nice hotel. Good central location, if your visting Hollywood Blvd. and Los Angeles area. Santa Monica Pier and Third Street Promanade and the Beaches are all close by. But you will need car to get around unless you taxi it. Parking in this srea of town is tough must use Parking garages and meters. Only thing I didn't like was the Valet Parking at $32 a day.

Excellent location and great hotel
Great location and very friendly profesional hotel staff. We did not have any chance to see the swimming pool or gym because we left early morning and came back really late to hotel every day. Very clean room. There is a very close shopping mall to hotel. They were saying it is a 5 star hotel and after I saw it I say they are right.

Impressive, Upmarket Hotel - with outstanding service.
Well located - walking distance to Century City Mall and 7 minutes from Rodeo Drive (by car). The service is amazing, staff well trained and friendly. Restuarandt very good. As we were there for 10 days we were upgraded to a junior suite which had a large spaceous lounge, which comfortably accomodated a couch, 2 armchairs, a desk, 2nd television and minibar. The bathroom was well appointed and roomy with both a tub and separate shower.I cannot however comment on the quality of deluxe rooms. Overall impression - Excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Short but Sweet
We checked in late in the day and were gone by noon the next. Our short stay however was very nice. The staff was very helpful in finding us a place to spend an evening out. In a small suite like we stayed in I would have hoped for a large bath tub possibly even a Jacuzzi tub. Overall very good!
