TV set is decades old with limited channels.no CNN.FOX. Phone was dead. Fridge wasn't working. No self parking. Only 25 dollars valet parking per night

I thought it was good.
I thought the hotel was in a good location, had friendly staff and was nice and clean. I could hear planes landing and taking off but what can you expect from a hotel by the airport.

Conference Hotel
Having prepaid my room I was somewhat surprised at how comfortable the room was and that the food was great! Having never been to the penthouse it was really fun to go there for a dinner on Saturday night ( the view was amazing). I discovered for reasonable money I could eat at the bar instead of the hotel restaurants or room service. The staff was great in helping me out (printed out my boarding pass, checked with security around a missing credit card and ID, knocked on my door for housekeeping).

Amazing Customer Service!
My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights to attend a seminar in the area. Surprisingly the service and food was excellent considering it was an airport hotel. The staff was so professional they made us feel like we were staying at a 5 star hotel. The service and professionalism of the staff will make us want to stay at another Radisson in the future! The room was comfy and the room service very speedy. Overall it was a great deal.

Bellman Service
A great thank you to our bellman Dewayne Tates who greeted us on the first day there!! He made what would have been a not so good impression to one which was satisfying. He is a definite candidate for a managerial and/or customer service trainer!!

Uncomfortable Bed, Hidden Cost
I hated three things: 1. The hotel staff hides the fact that there is a valet-less parking area and makes you park in the valet area and charges your credit card at the start of your hotel visit. THERE IS A DIY PARKING AREA, SO DO NOT PAY FOR THE PARK IF YOU DON'T WANT VALE SERVICE. 2. In the description of the hotel it is stated that there were free weights in the fitness room but it is not true. There are bunch of cardio equipments and a few more machines but that's it. Even the fine tuning sticks of the machines are not available. 3. The beds are uncomfortable. There was a sheet of ad in the room saying that "just a small percentage of the rooms are without adjustable beds (which is a type of bed coming with a controller to set the comfort level)" and surprisingly both rooms we paid for were lacking of them. The beds were incredibly bad, feeling the springs made me mad.

good airport hotel
Staff was good, room very comfortable. We couldn't adjust the thermostat, however. As this was just a stopover from our trip we didn't use the dining room, bar, etc. Valet parking excellent.
