AAA 3 Diamond Rated/Honor Roll Property located 1/2 mile from LAX. PET FRIENDLY. FREE WiFi Internet Access, Macintosh Computers can only work if FireFox is downloaded in the guests computer. FREE Expanded Continental Breakfast Bar from 6am - 9am daily includes fresh fruit, cereal, milk, coffee or tea, orange juice and apple juice, toast English muffins bagels cream cheese and pastries. Outdated and worn down rooms

The hotel is located very convenient close to the airport. The downside is that the rooms are really run down and need some remodeling. Strong smell in the room, noisy AC, broken showerhead, old TV, stained linen. After a remodel it might be worth the money again

What We Needed!

I had an event at the Hilton LAX but didn't want to pay Hilton prices. The Travelodge fit the bill. It had what we needed. FREE complementary parking. (Hilton makes you pay even if you stay there.) WiFi was excellent!! Breakfast was nothing special and room was clean. There is a lot of traffic noise and airplane noise but it didn't bother me a bit since it was "white noise" (I'm a poor sleeper too.) I walked to Hilton everyday for my event. This is a great value if you want to go "cheaper." I had not problems with the other guests - they were nice - not shady at all. Would do it again!!

OK

Ok just to stay a night. But not excited at all. We have to move a few times to find a non smoking room.

great location

I like the fact that you can check in early without waiting. also the rates are reasonable, and it's very close to the terminals at the airport. customer service is good with the desk clerks.

Clean, quiet place to sleep near the airport

We spent two nights here, both on arrival and prior to departure. It is clean, reasonably quiet, and fairly priced, and very close to the airport. The only problem was the free shuttle took forever to pick us up (30 minute wait?). It leaves the hotel every 30 minutes, so I guess we just missed one.

Good for a quick night

We were coming into LA very late and needed a room for a short overnight stay. The Travelodge has a 24-hour shuttle and is only about a five-minute drive from the terminals. The room is nothing special but the courtyard and pool area is cute, if you have time to sit in the sun before or after a flight.

The Denny's restaurant is right outside the hotel. The service was a bit slow but it will meet the need.

overnight at the airport

We were pleasantly surprised that this hotel was as nice & clean as it was. A very nice - different layout of the room as well.

Good last-minute backup

I had a convention at the Marriott, and all their rooms were sold out. Travelodge had rooms available at the last minute for me, and was only a 5-minute (about 4-5 block) walk from the convention. It had a clean room, comfortable bed, free wi-fi, and free (if limited) breakfast, which is really all I needed, and fit my budget nicely.

ease of geting there from the airport

Only there for 8 hours, Mostly for sleep. No complications.
