Bad choice for business travel
Construction horns going off at 6 AM. Needed to leave a day early. Was told that manager would have to OK it. Manager said that since this was already paid in full viaOrbitz that they would not agree to one day refund. Arranging business travel this way is totally inflexible and not a very wise way to book business travel beyond one day.

Very Close to Airport
I gave it 3 stars because that is the "Average, Ordinary" rating. This hotel was just your typical basic hotel which was perfect for my needs. I stayed here for 2 weeks while on business. I was told that it was a sketchy part of town but I didn't have any problems or any reason to feel that way. It was close to a few restaurants so it was easy to get food after work. Breakfast was served every morning. I mostly just ate the cereal and biscuits and gravy which were plenty good for my needs. Staff was helpful and always nice. My room was clean and comfortable.

Great People and Service
The poeople working for this hotel couldn't have been better. The only real complaint I have is the fact that their vending machines didn't work when we were there, and as we got in late (too late to order even pizza locally) we were starving!!! Wish they were in walking distance of a 7-11 or something. Other than that, I'd stay there again, just stop at a 7-11 to be prepared.

Comfortable stay
I needed to catch an early flight, and this BW was perfectly located. Their shuttle was nice enough to pick me up at the car rental return center. The only down side to my stay was that there are no food places around. I ordered some Chinese to the room that was pretty good. I would stay here again. Great price!

Our harried trip to Hawaii
We had special needs as we drove in shipped our car from the port and flew out. The FREE shuttle service was so helpful and probably saved us about $100.00 in cab fares which almost paid for one of our two nights there. I would totally stay there again.

Great hotel and very friendly service
This hotel was nice and clean. Very convenient to the Oakland airport. There is also a Wal-Mart very near by to buy anything you might have forgot to pack. The driver for the shuttle was super nice and friendly. He even gave us a ride to the car rental location that was a little ways down the road. Driving to San Francisco was not a real long drive and made it easier travel to other areas nearby.

Short walk from hotel
Head to the Wal-Mart on Edgewater about 1/4 mile away for any items that were forgotten. It also made a good place to buy food items to make lunch while we were there.
