Pretty good but a little hot :/
This hotel is a good place to stay; it's clean and easy to find. The lobby was nice and fresh especially since it was humid outside and I figured that's how our room would be but our room was hot and stuffy. I don't know if the AC was broken but as soon as you stepped into the elevator you could instantly feel the difference in temperature. Aside from that everything was good. The workers in the front could be a little more welcoming but that's it.

Very good Staff
The Hotel was great as per the location where I had to visit, just 3 miles and the staff was very nice. The bed was very comfortable, especially the mattress.

Great Hotel near airport
Greag hotel and value near airport. Clean hotel and very friendly staff. The plug in the tub did not work but that was our only issue.

recommend top floor due to noise
floors are creaky so if you need a good night's rest, I highly recommend requesting the top floor

Great Hotel, clean, up to date in decor, close to airport, friendly service and accomadating.
Has eveything what else do you need! Oh don't forget your suit wonderful outdoor pool.

Great Staff!
The staff is amazing. They called to make sure everything was okay upon arriving to my room. Every time I left or returned they greated me. They responded to my requests IMMEDIATELY! They were always friendly and professional. This was my second stay at the hotel and it was one of my best hotel experiences ever. Definitely worth the price. Hotel is clean and smells great. Only problem with the hotel is the location. Taking the highway was necessary for almost all travel.

pretty, but not perfect
beautiful hotel, but waited a half hour for shuttle to pick us up. The bed was not a luxury item, pretty but hard. The main problem was bathtub drained very slowly, I took a shower in 2-4 inches of standing water. Skimpy on inroom coffee. Restaurant was ok, sandwich good, but dessert overpriced and not very good.

Not bad
We chose this hotel because it is close to Mt. Baldy, about a 30 minute drive without snow chains. The hotel is clean and comfortable, though there is nothing special about it. The staff somehow never got around to service our room even though we were gone for hours and the "service please" sign was on the door knob. Well, their tip was proportional to the service. The Convention Center next door might add much color to your stay if you are lucky. There was some Greek festival going on when we were there, and the hotel was teeming with kids in national costumes, practicing their dancing and hopping in the hallways.
