Smelly Room
Wish you had told me to bring a can of Febreeze. The room seemed clean but it smelled VERY musty....

Smelly Room
Wish you had told me to bring a can of Febreeze. The room seemed clean but it smelled VERY musty. Only spent one night and it was in a good location. I might think twice about booking here again.

all girl's spring break getaway
So glad it was close to downtown. With that said, this hotel rooms need updating bad. Beds are bowed, no decor in our room, no dresser, or photos on the wall, rather boring. no view either... Then after we checked in they leave a note on our door the pool will be adding the required pool lift for Handicapp by the April 15 date, so they could not inform us of that before checking into the hotel... very loud and started drilling at 9am normally ok but we stayed up until 130 in the morning and were still asleep... annoying and no discount???? I think we may try to find another spot to meet for next year..

Comfortable and clean but not modern
I thought the rooms were comfortable and the staff was very kind. The price and location are also very reasonable if you dont have transportation they are great enough to provide it. The drivers are great and very personable. Where this place fell short was with moderness. My television barely worked and i was promised WIFI which was available, but didnt reach my room. I was also promised a room in the courtside section which they couldnt deliver.

I really enjoyed our stay at the palm resort. I liked the fact that it was located right by the strip. Don't have to drive just walk.

Rooms were fine..
We arrived at 3:45. Rooms were not ready. One wasn't ready until 5:00. Checkout time for us was 11. Not sure how two rooms couldn't be ready before 5.

Low Priced... You get what you paid for...
I got a great deal to stay at this hotel. It was a bit dated. I could hear the man next door snoring. People were trying to open my door in the middle of the night. The staff was nice... Just not a comfortable hotel.

Short 3 day trip
Value for money doesn't get any better than this. The place was clean, the staff helpful, they offer a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport and free wi-fi. Hotel was quiet and no rowdy neighbors. Nice overall atmosphere.

IHOP is just up the road on Ramon Road. For some great healthy and veggie salads that are out of this world try Cafe Jasmin on E. Tahquitz Canyon Way.
