Terrible Experience!

First I arrived at 8:30pm to a locked business door. That struck me as very odd seeing it was still fairly early in the evening, at least not time for a business such as a hotel to be closed. Then the lady that assisted us had NO idea about Orbitz reservations or understanding that everything was pre-paid, and she barely spoke or understood English. The room was barely OK, there were dirty towels waiting for us and the bed blanket was filthy. The second night there was a fight outside in the hall and about 20 minutes later we were startled awake by police knocking, asking if we saw or heard anything about this fight. Overall, this place was filthy and ghetto and I would never return. Orbitz should not offer it as a place to stay, it lowers your standards.
