really clean,beside the manager a great guy,the location close to everything

I chose this motel as other travelers had rated it as not bad for a discount motel and it was close to the Moscone Center. When I arrived, Ricky at the front desk was very nice. I went into the room and despite the "non-smoking room" sign on the door, the stench of years of prior smoke was present. The room was dirty, something white dripped on the outside of the microwave, dirt filled corners, a dirty towel sitting in the bathroom, a filthy ironing board that I couldn't imagine using. I have stayed in a number of bargain motels and lack of amenities is expected. Lack of cleanliness is not. I would not recommend this motel unless a lot of elbow grease was applied to upgrading the cleanliness. I actually left the motel and stayed with a friend instead because I could not imagine sleeping in the bed.

Staff very frendly. The room is clean. Good free parking lot. Near downtown. I liked this placed. I'm my room there was microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker.

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel in November around Thanksgiving. It is a MOTEL, not really hotel. The room was clean, freshly made every day, comfortable. Front staff, Rickey, made it his business to be very helpful. We had no car so walked the 6 or so blocks to the Westfield Shopping Mall and to public transportation. I considered the location fairly safe and did not feel threatened, even later in the evening. You do hear the traffic noise from the Bay Bridge, turn on the A/C and this helps. All in all very satisfied with service, cleanliness, and amenities for the price paid.

This hotel is a few block away from Moscone Center and was perfect for us. You can't beat the price for the rooms. Room has a mini fridge and microwave. Plus there's a local pizza place that delivers (menu in room) and there's free wi-fi. Nothing fancy here, but the staff is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is small, but very nice and perfectly clean, the rooms and the place also. Very easy access to every where in SF and very good customer services.

We stayed here initially for 2 reasons: FREE PARKING, and walking distance to AT&T. The room was clean and comfortable, parking tight but adequate. The staff were great. Will definitely return.

This hotel is walking distance from Union Square, the Embarcadero, China Town and North Beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking is FREE! The rooms could definitely use a new coat of paint, but it is an ok room to stay in if you don't plan to spend much time in the hotel room.

Convenient location close to all tourist attraction in San Francisco, friendly staff, clean room , limited parking space but always had spot in all 3 nights we stayed.

At the Bay Bridge Inn, I was pleased to find a good value hotel for a businessman for several reasons: 1) Location, it was a short walk to Moscone Center and the Powell Street Bart Station, 2) Staff, the manager was very kind, friendly, and helpful, 3) Equipped for a businessman with Wi-Fi internet, a work table and chairs, good lighting to work, nice TV with cable, and a small frig, 4) Clean, the room was well maintained, however the shower head was too low. 5) Overall, this is a good value.
