very reasonable and clean
Great price for a weekend get-away. My husband and I went to SF for my birthday and to attend a play. We wanted to spend more on our activities than on our accommodations, although we still wanted clean and friendly. This property fit the bill completely. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The pillows were the best I'd ever slept on, even at 4 and 5 star hotels.

You must see the musical "Wicked" at the Orpheum Theater. It is the "other" story behind the Wizard of Oz. Tremendous production. Helpful hint: Purchase tickets from the Theater, not Stubhub. Stubhub's prices are usually less, but not in this case.

Great place to stay
The Location was Fantastic! The off the street free parking was great, nice tv, well kept rooms, friendly staff, all and all a great trip.

BEST KEPT SECRET
Front desk service was perfect (415) 922-2010 ask for [...]. I am a disabled veteran and they went out of their way to help me in any way to make my stay more comfortable. I arrived a day early from my surgery date, as I was staying in S.F. for surgery to a military service-connected injury. When I arrived back from the Veterans Hospital in San Francisco the following day, the office staff of Days Inn came over to help me out of my vehicle and offered to help to help me to my room. They were very polite and treated me very well, I have many upcoming surgeries and I plan on making this INN my home away from home. I recommend this INN to all military personal, retired military and disabled military as you will defiantly get what you pay for and above.

If you like Thai food there is a restaurant next door named Yukol Place Thai Cuisine (415) 922-1599, they make the best Thai food in all San Francisco, I really enjoyed their spicy fish sampler, tell them Mike sent you and ask for their Asian Pears, as they are delicious.

Good location. Good service.
Good place. Closer to lot of attractions, but still not walkable distance from Pier 39. Good Service. Breakfast options could have been better, but something is better than nothing.

unbeatable location for the price
The hotel was located near most of places we wanted to visit. The room was spotless. The desk clerk was helpful with any questions we had. He recommended an Indian restaurant which we really enjoyed. I would stay there again.

Great location, Wonderful Staff
The staff, esp manager was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat and service great. The area is safe and within so many great restaurants, shops and bars. It was a great week just wandering the neighborhood. The manager gave us so many good places to check and was extremely helpful.

Horseshoe for drinks, then up the street to Bayside for breakfast and down the street for bagel sandwich or jog down to Ghirardelli. It was perfect location.

Lombard Value Hotel
Pleasant hotel clerk.Clean and neat.Old building renovated. Beds were hard and need new matresses.Clerk said they were getting new matresses.Gave us great food advice.Not the best,but very adequite for short stay.

Great for a couple
Helpful manager with secure parking. Small room but very adequate for 2. within walking distance to nice dining options. Only drawback walls a little thin and wifi was weak at times.
