Short overnight between flights
We received a courteous and prompt shuttle pick-up at the airport, a comfortable room, wake up call and a great complimentary hot breakfast before being shuttled back to the airport at just the right time for our early morning flight. Took a lot of the stress out of our scheduling.

Nice hotel
The hotel has a nice ambiance, the food is very good and the staff is very helpful. Finding the hotel is a bit of a challenge - it's not on a main road - but otherwise I would stay here again.

Great location and nothing else to talk about
Close to airport, businesses, and freeways. The hotel does not go well with the name Clarion hotel I know of. Room was ok, not great. Made reservation for a room with courtyard view but ended up with a room facing an ice making machine. Provided breakfast but wasn't that great.

It's a bed!
The hotel was very average, the grounds were messy and the rooms were dated but clean. The energy efficiency stuff was a pain, lights, faucets, etc.. i would only stay here again if there was nothing else available.

Good value and comfortable
It was a comfortable stay at the Clarion San Jose. It has a nice feel. The restaurant was quite good and the first night they had entertainment in the bar adjoining the restaurant. I would stay at the Clarion again. My only complaint might be that getting to/from the destination to the hotel was a bit convoluted.

Good location
The staff was very helpful and having the 24-hour shuttle service meant that we could check-in, return the rental car to the airport and get back to the hotel for our over-night before going back to the airport in the morning. There was a drip coming from the ceiling over the bathtub, which we reported - I hope they got it fixed.
