Radison Plaza Hotel San Jose Aitport Rev
Heating system at this hotel was really bad. I used the thermometer control unit to set up the room temperature. However, once the temperature reached at 80 degree, the air conditioner where warm air comes out started making a big noise. I had to turn on and off the heating system several times while sleeping. It really bothers me and couldn't sleep. This hotel was the worst one that I have ever gotten so far.

Radisson San Jose
I was very impressed by the lcoation, staff and overall experience. Very clean, safe and reliable. And- despte the fact that I had several odd requests - the front desk was happy to quickly help me. I recommend this location for business travelers. The only dislike I had was that there were very few options within walking distance. However, the restaurant hotel was affordable and delicious and several near-by chains delivered to the room.

Radisson Plaza Hotel San Jose Airport
Simple overnight stay to connect flights. We were disappointed that we had to call twice to get the hotel to send their shuttle to pick us up from the airport. As the hotel forgot the first call, we missed being able to use the dining room for dinner and had to make do with a walk (in a rather scary neighborhood) to a 7-Eleven.

We only spent one night.The staff was very nice and helpful.The hotel did not seem to be very busy.it's too bad it is a very nice hotel. Great location.
