Family/Girl's trip
My mom, niece and I traveled to SB for a girl's trip. The hotel staff was so incredibly nice when we arrived, checked us in quickly and offered a ton of helpful advice on the trip. The hotel is very cute with a nice pool & jacuzzi. The rooms are very basic, but we weren't there for the rooms. Most importantly, they were CLEAN!! Great location...if it's nightime and cold, you'll need a cab to the wharf, otherwise less than a mile walk. State Street sights can easily be reached from the wharf by trolley. Such a great trip and Mason Beach Inn was a big help for this to happen!

Spring College visit
Staff was definitely unenthusiastic and not very helpful. Rooms were ok - no personality. Room location in hotel was nice - pool view. Breakfast was a little disappointing - no eggs or meat - but the muffins were really fresh and tasty. Complimentary parking was nice. Expensive for what we got, but it was Santa Barbara.

Long weekend in So. Calif
Hotel is clean and bright. Room size was average but comfortable. Great location- one block from beach and harbor area. Continental breakfast was really good- fresh croissants, scones, and muffins, etc.

We would go back.
The furnishings were old and outdated looking, but the hotel itself was very clean, quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't find anything lurking in the bed or the shower so it gets our vote! Nothing worse than finding cooties under the covers.

clean and very quite but wanted king size bed but had to settle with two queen size they had no more even though I reseved the king size
