Good Place to Stay
Good location for our trip and provided good accomodations at a great value. Plus had the option for a suite room with one king and two doubles that worked perfectly for our party. Our whole extended family ended up staying there for the same reasons.

noisy, all rooms and pool are facing the parking lot. breakfast ok, staff friendly. In winter ok no one in pool and fewer guests arriving

la colmena taqueria on milpas was delcious. on the east side, sort of across the tracks but very authentic mexican tacos.

Overpriced for what I expected. Just an ordinary room with free wi-fi and hbo. At times the wi-fi was super slow. The pool is not so cozy almost street side. However, roughly 4 miles from the beach. Straight shot from the hotel. Harry Palaza restaurant is walking distance.

I always stay here
I always stay here, annually, when I come through SB. The only reason I put average on staff was because for some reason (and it's the only time it has ever happened) when we came back early evening (4ish) the room hadn't been cleaned, and we did need towels. Our check in staff was nice. Oh, and the first night there wasn't enough parking. I'm sure that's an issue sometimes. We had to park in the handicapped spot, and while we were a group with disabilities, we didn't have a placard in the rentl. If we had had our usual car, we would have been kind of stuck. Otherwise, it is super nice to have a room with two rooms, AND the ability to have a rollaway...I travel with adults with disabilities, and need the extra bed so everyone can have their own bed. Thanks..

Great for everyone
This hotel really impressed us because of its cleanliness, comfort, and kind staff. Very well taken care place. Strongly recommend! Great Value! We were on a 10 day road trip, and this was by far the best hotel we stayed during the whole trip, including a 4 star in Vegas located on the strip.
