- 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo
- This one bedroom unit offers a wood-burning fireplace in the living area and natural views of the town of Breckenridge and Main Street. All guests have access to the underground parking garage and community hot tub on-site.
- 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo plus
- This two bedroom unit is located in the heart of Breckenridge and just a short walk to the lifts. Guests can relax in front of the wood burning fireplace and unwind after a day of outdoor fun.
- Studio
- This unit has a wood fireplace with new slate hearth, as well as full access to the underground parking garage and community hot tub and laundry facilities.
- Studio with loft

Location, location
The location of this property made it the right choice for this spring get away. It was convinently located across the street from Main Street station located at the base of Peak 9 and around the corner to main street. The rooom was clean and functional for two people for a short stay. We were here for 4 nights and 3 days. Internet was not attainable, the hot tub was warm but had a strange odor. This propery was a value when compared to other properties in the area.

Service [across the stree] went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, including a welcome pack of coupons and recommendations. They have a great program in place. If I had to complain, the furniture was a little dated but the location and surrounding area more than makes up for it. The lift is across the street and great dining and shopping starts as close as the first floor!

Food, Shopping, Bars, and scenic photo areas are all within an immediate proximity of the hotel. It was great having things so close that the car stayed parked 98% of the time.

Good Deal
Overall this place was a very good deal. The room was very clean and very nice. It is also in a great location. The hot tub was out of service when we were there which was disappointing and it was hard to figure out where to get the key from. Neither problem was that bad though.

Location is good but the condo is dated.
It's nice to be able to walk to main street but the condo is small and everything is dated. Also, the heaters make the place really hot when on but its cold when off.

Good Experience
Great Location and Price!!
We had a wonderful trip and the hotel was great. The hotel is right in town so you can walk to everything!! The room was perfect for our needs and seemed to have been recently updated. Could not have asked for a better experience. Just know you check in across the street at the Hyatt Hotel but it is easy to walk to.

Beat the August heat
Absolutely Wonderful!!! Location was by a small river and right by Main Street. (basically downtown). The staff was great. They had no problem helping me out after I locked myself out of the room.

Sometimes cheaper isn't better
The hotel was very strange...When we first arrived there was no place to check into. We were really confused and had to look up the phone number to find out where to check in. We had to check in at a completly different building. [...]. THen when we finally got to the hotel the hallway was very ghetto. It smelled and the bottom floor was all buisnesses which gives little privacy. Also when we arrived our glass shower door was hanging off the hinges about to fall off. Very poor customer service, elevator was slow and wouldn't even take u to the parking garage which we couldn't even figure out how to get out of plus it was very tiny and they had half of it blocked off. Sink was completly plugged and water sat in there the whole time we were there and rooms very tiny. Would not recommend

Nice and confortable condo
Nice and comfortable apartment, well-equipped. Good place to relax. Close to restaurants and shopping, very close to Quick Silver lift, few minutes by walk. We really got good time there.

Great Location & Clean Accomodations
Great price & location across from Peak 9 & next to main street. The studio was fine & clean as expected. It could use a little updating in furniture & a flat panel TV as the current unit & shelving take up too much space for this tiny condo. Overall it was a nice stay, great service from Resort Quest, and we definately would go back there.
