Great place when working at World Ice Rink
Had business at the ice rink and found this Courtyard to be an ideal home base - walking distance (and yes I walked it in February!) from the rink or a $6 cab fare. $25-$30 cab from COS. Staff was most personable and kept the coffee going when I had an unexpected all-nighter to pull. Room was comfortable and clean (as I would have expected) and there weren't any negative surprises. Might warn off steak-lovers from ordering one of the steaks across the parking lot at Flatiron Bar and Grill - friend shrimp appetizer, dessert and friendly service were the counter to a bad steak dish.... Back to the hotel - I'd recommend to anyone and will be there again myself when I'm back in The Springs.

Courtyard by Marriott
Desk clerk gave us a friendly welcome when we entered the lobby. We were only here over night becuase we attended the Balloon Classic on Labor day. My family enjoyed the indoor pool after an afternoon out sight seeing and dinner at the Cracker Barrell. We REALLY would have appreciated a separate dvd player! We rented 2 movies for late night viewing and I forgot to pack my laptop. Conveniently close to I 25, restaurants, Cave of the Winds, etc. Clean.

Great Experience
Great lodging! Good location with easy access to most CoSpgs tourist activities as well as I-25 for fast trips to downtown or even Denver. Close to good eating establishments. Excellent customer service.

Nice stay away.
The hotel was nice. They had a great breakfast to provide in the mornings. The desk clerks were always friendly. Overall it was a nice trip. But they didn't have toothpaste at the front desk, and that wasn't very pleasent.

The traveler
Great location but sports team zoo
Good hotel but it was loaded with children on traveling sports teams. They ran up and down the hallways late at night. It was impossible to have breakfast at the hotel as there was never anywhere to sit. Beds are very comfortable. A/C blows directly on desk so you cannot work there. TV volume is rigged so that half of the channels you cannot hear.

Nice, comfortable, family friendly
