Microtel Inn and Suites Colorado Springs

This hotel was nice and cheep, the staff was really friendly and helpful and the beds were super comfy! It is located right by one of the highways so it is easy to get to other locations in Colorado Springs.

I would absolutely stay here. The value is incredible for the location and the amenities. Room was very clean, quiet. It was nice to relax in the pool and hot tub after a long day of work. My only wish: a small refrigerator.

I had cancelled a reservation because it was the wrong amount of people, I had to make a second reservation with the correct amount. When I checked in the clerk said I still had two rooms reserved. I booked for two nights but only stayed there one night. The bed was so uncomfortable and hard, the air conditioner didn't work right and the road noise was horrible. The clerk said all the matresses were the same so we stayed the second night elsewhere. I guess I will see when my statement gets here if my second night was refunded

I spend two days on line to find a hotel that would fit into my budget and find one that was in the area of town I wanted to stay in , close to shopping, area sites & easy on and off 1-25. I had stayed in the area before and was not happy with another hotel I stayed in. Cleanliness is top on my list! I was very pleased with all aspects of my stay here. They met all my expectations! There was a day I wanted to nap but the maids hadn't been to my floor yet I asked the front desk if I could have maid service fairly soon. They called and talked to the person in charge of the maid service and someone was there before I even left the front desk! I feel everyone there is trying their best to make their guests comfortable and welcome. The manager even greeted me by name! I will be staying here again as I travel to this area often.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for me and my trip. The location was fantastic and the room, staff and amenities were excellent.

Not only was the location between my daughter and my sister's homes in Colorado Springs but the grandchildren enjoyed the pool when we were taking it easy. I throughly enjoyed the pool at 7am before we got started. Breakfast, after a good night's sleep, also helped keep my energy level up. Wonderful choices. Using the TV had to be learned but could be done. This was my first time but I throughly enjoyed the experience.

Visited all the local sites. Kept us very busy for 5 days. Loved the staff at Microtel-[...]were excellent people and always very helpful. Best front desk people I have ever run into.

We just wanted a weekend getaway to spend the day at the zoo and Garden of the Gods and found the motel on [...]. I was very impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the motel. The kids loved the swimming pool and breakfast. I would definitely come back to this motel next time I am in Colorado Springs.

Room had a microwave, mini fridge and sink, but there were no dishes nor utensils, so meal preparation was not easily accomplished. One theng that I did like was the Ample reading light above the bed

The people were really nice. The hotel was packed the couple of days I was there, but the kids and teens there caused no problems. The staff was very friendly and there are tons of restaurants near by.
