Quality Suites/Clarion downtown
When compared with rooms occuppied by my sister, sister-in-law and others, my room (#160) wassmall and shabby. The closet in the bedroom had no rack. There was no hot water for showers at 8:00 A.M. I got up at 6 the next day to get some. The food my niece ordered from room service was not edible. The ice machine near me did not work. I'll stop there.
