Family Vacation
I like the hotel I stayed there on previous trips. They have a terrific breakfast buffet for guest, however because I booked through cheap tickets I was not entitled to the breakfast. That was my only disappointment. The exercise room was upgraded, the pool and hot tub was excellent.The staff was accommodating and helpful.

This is the second time I have stayed at a Radisson Hotel, and experianced the same level of awesome customer service as before. The room was pretty good, but the great customer service, and excelent service at the hotel restruant made it an overall great experiance.

Great place except for the sleep # bed.
Friendly service from all levels of employees. Great location! Pike's Peak, Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, Royal Gorge Railroad, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Downtown Colorado Springs. Great start to the day w/ free breakfast, pool, and hot tub. Great aquarium & Koy pond/garden in front, as well as great views, from the front & dining rooms, of the mountains. Airplane restaurant good & fun!:-)

Good location but.......
Hotel was okay. The first morning in our room was greeted with construction work at 8:00am. We were not told they were doing any work and had to go complain to the front desk. Besides these items, the comfort of the room and the layout was just fine. Our third night there, our car got broken into and stuff was stolen out of it. The hotel does not keep track of what cars are guests and what cars are not. When we called down to see if anyone had seen anything, they said they knew it had been broken into. They didn't call around or try to find who owned the car. Therefore, it was left wide-open for many hours. The only fee the hotel waved after all of this was the very small room change fee. We were not compensated for all the other stuff that happened during our stay. About the only thing going for us on this hotel stay was that it was so close to where we were visiting family. Next time we'll stay elsewhere for sure.
