Location was near stores and restaurants
Hotel was clean staff were friendly. If you are early for breakfast everything was there 7:00-8:30 if you waited till after 8:30 everything was much slower. I you do not like trains do not use this hotel the tracks are about 15 yards from the hotel 3 trains pass every morning, afternoon, and night.

I'd come here again!
We found the hotel to be comfortable, good location for shopping and places to eat. Beds were comfort. Pool was a little chilly, shallow end was a little to deep for the younger children to stand up in and play. But they still had a great time, bring floaties. Our room was clean and had no problems checking in early. We came just for a quick stay to take our granddaughter home till after thanksgiving. Cost for the stay was reasonable. I'd do it again.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
There were a variety of places to eat close by. You didn't just have to eat junk food or food you took back to the fridge in your room. Looking to do a little shopping wasn't a problem either.

clean, nice, affordable place to stay
Once we found the hotel, everything was first rate. The staff was friendly and courtious. I was amazed at how large the room was. It was very clean and comfortable, included a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, ironing board, and iron. The bed was really comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed a full breakfast, which was very nice since he can't have bread or gluten products. I definitely would stay here again.

Good stay
My friend and I wanted to travel around Colorado for a short two day trip. We went up to fort collins and loved it. The hotel was surprisingly hidden away from the main road in but not in a bad way.It just took a few side street to get reach it. (although it is next to train tracks, neither my friend or I heard any trains passing by. Only the air conditioner outside.) They have great staff. The food in the morning was decent for being free. Best part: Great staff, nice big rooms, clean and quiet. Bad parts: Small and shallow pool(4ft deep), its hidden from view. I would suggest seeing the Streetomphere that is happening in Downtown Fort Collins every Fri,Sat, and (maybe sun?) from 4 pm to 8pm. {happening until late August 2010}.They feature local artists and talent from Fort Collins. Each performer is sponsored by a business in Fort Collins. Really neat thing to see. {Look for the large blue flags!}And also dont be afraid to stay out later. We went to downtown at 9-10 pm and it was packed with people enjoying the night life, lots of fun to go from each place. There were bars, clubs, resturants and other shops still open for business.

Time-saving tip:
Short drive from hotel
Leave a little bit earlier when trying to get somewhere on time. We ran into some traffic at strange times and would be about ten minutes late.

Great for the night!
We were in town looking for places to live and stayed here overnight. It was a great room, very comfortable and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again if the need was there. Also, it is located just off the main drag (college ave) and is very close to many great places to eat. we liked it.

Clean, quiet, and affordable
This was one of the cleanest locations I've visited. Upon check-in, the attendant noticed that we were looking at a map to try to figure out where we were headed and offered us a current map of the area. They were quick and courteous and let us know where everything was located and when breakfast was available. When I received an incoming call, my caller said that they were very polite and professional. We only stayed one night, but they made a great impression!
