Comfortable, clean room, pleasant staff, good breakfast, nicely furnished. Only downsides were a very small pool and light bulbs (the energy saver kind) that were too bright and glaring. Everything else was good.

Great stay in Grand Junction

The design and simplicity were very refreshing and enjoyable. The hotel had been opened for one month and the only kink that I observed was there was not a place for continental breakfast diners to place their dirty dishes (someone did come and collect them but had difficulty staying on top of it). The room we stayed in was very comfortable and like the rest of the hotel, well designed and furnished. Beds were extremely comfortable. This was a very high quality experience (we ended up staying and extra night which was not a difficult decision...), comparable to one that we would normally find in a 4 star hotel. An excellent value and we will definitely stay there again if we revisit the area.

The staff was very friendly in thier cute Hawaiin shirts! The room was very clean, if a little run down. The decor is a little quirky, but not offensive or annoying. Nice to be able to walk to dinner of which there are several choices in the immediate vicinity.

My stay was really great. The rooms were large and remodeled (large desk, couch, flat screen, kitchenette). The mattress was one of those postepedic (sp?) and I REALLY liked it. Slept like a log both nights. In the lobby they had a beer and wine tasting both nights with food from a local spot. I will definately stay there next trip to Grand Junction.

Love the one bedroom suite. Nice to have a separate bedroom from the kids. Having a kitchen saved money. We were there from Denver for a soccer game and we were able cook dinner and have snacks and drinks for all the girls without breaking the bank.

We enjoyed a weekend in the Grand Junction area. The Residence Inn had a very nice room with a full kitchen that met the needs of our family. We had a great time touring and hiking Colorado National Monument. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a high school band staying the same night so the pool and recreation area was loud and crowded. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

139 large sleeping rooms plus 10000 sq ft of meeting space This includes a 4000 sq ft Ballroom and 3 smaller meeting rooms ranging from 1000-1300 sq ft. Many rooms overlook a beautiful courtyard with a gazebo bar-b-que water feature and heated saline pool. We do have interior and exterior entrances.

Very nice hotel for the price. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows at Holiday Inn really suck though. Location of this hotel was good for getting on/off I 70, but bad for being close to Main St/downtown GJ.

The motel met minimum standards, it was clean enough, in a good location, everything worked OK,(microwave, TV, lights). The shower valves leaked BIG. Your website rated it 3 stars, it was only a 2. We had a good nights sleep. It was OK, (Average, not outstanding) Your website charged us $71.80, their regular price would have been $53.93,taxes incl. Reimbursement would in order.

The staff was friendly. They have tried to update the rooms. They decorated maybe as you would at home and even use colored/flowered sheets. The breakfast was not what I'd expect-bagels, sunbelt granolas bars, oatmeal, honeybuns and capri suns. It was fine for our need to have a place to spend the night and get on with our road trip the next day but I wouldn't want to spend more that 1 night.
They really need to work at putting in new a/c units. It was very noisy and it made it very hard to sleep.

Our only problem is that the light would not work in the bathroom and we pulled in late enough that their was not someone to put in a new one. The front desk person did not know where the hotel kept the special light bulbs that fit the fixture.

We stay at the Super 8 because it is half way to our various families. There is one person who works at the front desk that has been there for several of our stays , she remembers us and my husband remebers her and they joke around. We usually stay for two days and the 8 is all we need.

Hotel was fine for the money. Didn't feel very safe though in the location but nothing bad happened. Rooms were big and lots of tv stations and had refrigerator. Decently clean. Fine for just an overnight stay.

it was one night. and it was good if your a stop and go person. the pool didnt look too healthy..
and the continental breakfast was ice cold muffins and juice. it was good. but alson could have been much better.
not only that but the desk workers wore their swatpants and a tshirt to work???...
and barefeet... the rooms were outdated but i didnt go there for design. i went for a place to sleep. like i said the rooms themselves were fine.. the rest... not so much.

My mom and I stayed here for one night on our way to a canoeing trip. The reviews [...] were generally good, so I was surprised to be disappointed in the accommodations. We were told that many of the staircases to the upper level were under construction, so there were only a few that we could use. That would have been fine, but there was a very large group (two tour buses!) that had set up their barbecue/baseball game RIGHT at the base of the one staircase on our side of the hotel. The staff did not seem to care when I complained about this. The room itself was fine, but the doorjamb looked to have been kicked in at some previous time, which made it hard to open and shut the door from the outside. While the room was a good price, I think next time we will pay an extra $5 dollars for one of the other hotels in this area.

A nice, clean, spacious room.
The good news is that they allow pets which is very important to us. The bad news is that the "pet floor" was the third floor. Had to go up and down elevator every time the dog needed to go out. Possibly first floor would make more sence?

We were there in the middle of their lobby remodel. The 4th floor had been completely remodeled and was fantastic, but it was a little annoying to have to walk through very dirty construction to get to the Elevators in the lobby. I'm sure it will be nice when completed. Indoor pool was fun, breakfast was crowded but free.

Clean, Comfortable, Affordable, Great Shower Spray, Reasonably Soft Towels, Good Dining Choices within walking distance, Excellent Grocery Store across the street with an awesome deli. Microwave and small fridge in the room. What more do you need. If you want 5 stars and don't mind spending a bunch of money, stay at the fancy places. Beautiful hotel..A little out of the way from everything, however, it's a short drive for shopping and dining. Room had a full sized fridge, stove, microwave, etc...all the amenities of home.

Our stay was just to catch an early flight the next day,so we did not get to experianceany of your perks. Such as the fitness center or the pool. A small coffee pot in the room would have been appreciated. Thank you.
