family get away

The condo was in disrepair. The carpet had over a dozen large stains throughout the condo. The stove had a broken element. And because the other two elements had the wrong pans the element tipped awkwardly above the stove, leaving us with only one element to cook with. Window frames were damaged and the screen door was bent badly and had to be lifted to open and close. When we arrived we had to put a $250 damage deposit down, which lead us to believe the condo would be clean and in excellent shape. We will never stay on a resort quest condo again.

Great value, a little dated

Great value and beautiful views of the valley and ski hill from the balcony. No A/C so just be prepared to use lots of fans to keep it cooler. Pool is indoors which was good for our younger kids and we could watch them from the fitness room above the pool which was great. Outdoor hot tub is nice too. Couple of restaurants in walking distance and check in at the Torian Plum location was very easy before heading up to the condo building.

Nice Place

I would recommend this hotel for those travelling in groups, and in Steamboat for skiing. We travelled with extended family, and needed the 3 bedrooms, and were very happy to have a nice quality space, without the bustle of a busier hotel setup. The space was very quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. We were also happy that laundry was free. The only negative was the fitness center, whose equipment did not seem to work properly, but that was very minor for us.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

There are a lot of dining options within walking distance, but be prepared for some stairs and slopes.
