Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The location was ideal, within easy walking distance to the ski area and gondola. Restaurants, equipment rentals, and even a small grocery market are all right around the property. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and the service staff was superb. The only challenge was the fact that our unit was on the 3rd floor, and the stairs got tough for my 55 year-old legs, especially after a day of skiing.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

The Ore House was fabulous for dinner - great steaks and some unique items, and good, friendly service. A short shuttle ride from the Lodge at Steamboat.

Summer @ The Lodge at Steamboat 5-STARS!

Very Friendly & helpful staff, efficient check-in and check-out, very clean accomodations & well maintained property. The condo was so comfortable and roomy. Take time to wander in the town of Steamboat to visit the many shops and restaurants. Don't miss "Winona's Restaurant & Bakery" for Breakfast (or lunch.), visit the Hot Springs in town for some R & R, and take the gondola up the mountain and hike through the beautiful trails for some awesome sights!

Excellent Stay

My family and I stayed at La Casa in Steamboat Springs during the off season period. At locations I visited in the past, off season meant the staff too. However, La Casa was extremely well kept and friendly.
