They need to launder the sheets

My friend and I stayed there for one night at room 119 to start our sightseeing trip at Hartford. I'm grateful to the staff who extended our stay for an extra hour for free, but some repairs are needed: 1. A/C heater to be more powerful. 2. Room's door air leak to be sealed. 3. Some power plugs to fixed. 4. Replace light bulb above sink. 5. Towels need to be more clean. 6. Vent above toilet needs to be fixed. Thanks!

Badly kept grounds, worn out bed spread, mattress, sheets, pillow, carpet and furniture in room 220. Small, old tv. Towel and wash cloth paper thin. Soap only 1x1" razor thin and no shampoo, no tissue box. Terrible.

Was the perfect location to go to a concert at the Comcast Theater in Hartford, CT. I just had to walk 4 blocks. Check in was horrible. It says online check in is at 1pm, I got there at 12:30 and the receptionist said my room would not be clean until 2pm. So I had to wait around for 1.5 hours. That sucked because there isn't much around there except gas staions and fast food restaurants. Once I got into my room it was okay, but not very clean. It was a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke, the sheets smelled like bleach but had stains on them and there was still stuff on the floor that was not picked up by the vaccum. Half of the light bulbs were also burnt out. That night when I was trying to sleep the walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbor going to the bathroom. Needless to say, I will not be returning even though it is located in the perfect place for attendning a concert. Staff was freindly but unorganized.

The room was very unclean. The bathroom was so dirty none of us would shower there. There was not enough towels, the room smelled and the floors were dirty and we were unsure if the sheets were even fresh.
