Super 8 Hartford/Windsor

We only needed a place to sleep, we had two rooms, one was a first floor with one double bed, the other a second floor with two double beds. The second floor room had a very bad odor even with the window open. The first floor room you actually had to hold the shower head to take a shower. The Indians that run the place do not care about customer service AT ALL.

Room was nasty.. bed wasn't made.. pillows were yellow.. there were fast food wrappers on the floor.. it was a disgrace

DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL...IT WAS SO DISCUSTING THAT MY WIFE & I DIDN'T EVEN SLEEP ALL NIGHT LONG...THE HOTEL WAS VERY NASTY...WE PULLED BACK THE SHEETS ON THE BED AND THEY WERE LADENED WITH BODILY FLUIDS...OMG!!!! INSTEAD OF THEM OFFERING US OUR MONEY BACK...THYE WANTED TO GIVE US ANOTHER ROOM...NO WAY...PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANYONE ELSE THIS HOTELS ADDRESS...TAKE THEM OFF OF YOUR WEBSITE...THANKS...DR & MRS. If you don't mind exposed electrical wires from where the smoke alarm had been wired in the ceiling, the prostitutes working their clients right outside yur window, and a constant stream of customers buying what appeared to be narcotics, this is the best place for you. I on the other hand chose to cancel my stay, and didn't get a full refund from the childish maqnagement at this hotel!

Booked the motel ahead of time. We got there and asked for a room at the first floor, but they did not want to give us one (we saw plenty of empty ones though) - the motel was mostly empty those days. The room and motel was ok, but not spectacular - your average quality.

The room itself was fine, decent size, normal amenities. Alarm clock was broken, one of the lamps was not working... no biggie. The staff was very nice. Don't expect a great "Continental Breakfast". Main problem was the place was overflowing with prostitution! Apparently you can get rooms by the hour here. They were busy all night. Lots of loud talking in the halls all night. And lots of other noises... Its too bad, because the place is inexpensive and convenient.

I had a quiet and relaxing stay, but the hotel wasn't one of the nicest looking places I've ever been to. It wasn't a problem for me though, because I don't expect but so much quality when staying at a Super 8 Motel.

Not much to comment about. The place was clean and quiet. Great for business travel.

I stayed in this hotel for one night I was traveling for a wedding. The room was adequate in that there was a bed, a shower, a TV, and Internet; However... There was hole in the shower curtain, there were stains and burns in the bed cover, and there was no fitted sheet on the bed, only two flat sheets. The staff was friendly. But it was a noisy night in the hotel with lots of people in the hallways.

very very poor! I booked and paid in advance.We were on a local College visit. When arrived, the Hotel staff was rude and said they had NO money and NO reservation for us. I had my confirmation numbers from Cheap Tickets... the hotel desk said they meant nothing to them. I didn't stay after seeing the neighborhood and very sketchy people around the Hotel, and poor front desk service they were not willing to find out what happened to our reservation that was already paid for. I receive a full refund from Cheap Tickets. I would never recommend this Hotel, or Cheap Tickets for booking!
